  Creepy little pervert salesman knocked on our door while I was out. He asked FAR too many questions to the 13 year old babysitter about when we’d be home, how long we’d be gone for, and where she lived. I was horrified watching the ring cam footage. Absolutely disgusting.

  Found 3 shingles in my yard and 1 on top of my roof that did not match my roof or either neighbour’s. On the very same day, a representative from this company came to my door offering roofing services, which immediately raised concerns. I had already had my roof inspected by a roofer friend, who confirmed everything was intact and accounted for. The nails left behind also appeared relatively new. I can’t prove what happened, but the timing and circumstances felt highly suspicious, I’d recommend to be highly cautious of this company

  Hi Aron, Given the extensive scope of work we are taking about (ie: tearing off your roof, installing membranes, new metal flashing, new shingles), we don't email quotes to our clients without having met with them to discuss their needs. As I'm sure you're realizing as you're getting other quotes, we approach these projects a little differently - there are 100 different ways we can do your roof - and given the size of the investment, we believe it to be necessary to educate & consult you on all available routes before choosing your new roof.   Used Rydal roofing to inspect and repair a potential leak in August. All they did was use caulking and fill the gap between the shingles verses repairing the problem properly.

  I was not fortunate enough, they reused old material from the roof for a little credit, and finishing is bad for a pricey work that I accepted due to reviews. I recommend to search other options or ask them to explain exactly, they try to oversmart.
