I am so disappointed to know that they did not respond and didn’t show up when I called them to fix my entire roof. That is not very professional. Royal roofs doesn’t serve the customers priority. I highly recommend you not to use this business.

You probably a fake reviewer.since u don’t clarify things. We estimate roofs first. write an Estimate. choose a color and then come and install the roof.

Very poor service. Spoke to someone a week ago he took my address and said he would try and come the next day. I am still waiting, text and asked when he would come by two days later and I'm still waiting. Found someone else more reliable but tha is for wasting two days of roof diagnosing

Royal roofs due to the great service that it does ,received too many requests for installation and repairs. Poor service job did those who installed your roof not us cause we couldn’t help you. unfortunately sometimes we can not get to see them all

Contacted Vasil today regarding several shingles that had blown off over the winter. He came out later today to replace the shingles. Vasil and his crew did an amazing job. Very happy with their work. Knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely contact Royal Roofers when I need to replace my roof.

Just had Royal Roofs Ltd complete my roof and eavestrough, these guys did amazing work. From beginning with a simple quote with Vasil on a Wednesday to a total reroofing with GAF Timberline High Definition shingles on Saturday Vasil and his crew finished the roof same day.Clean up with magnet and blower .Professional and great attention to detail from start to finish. The gutters (eavestrough) completed the following Thursday. The eavestrough color match perfectly with the adjoining townhouses.Even relocating downspouts,I would say it's customized since they fabricate on site the eavestrough.Hassle free, stress free ,Vasil takes the time to explain everything patiently. No run around,no high pressure sales tactics.Highly recommended these professionals.

Very pleased with the work that Vasil and his team did. They were clear in communicating and providing an estimate, were very responsive and did a great job! Vasil also provided some great advice on other aspects of the roof. I strongly recommend them as a trusted and very capable roofing company.

Vasil did our roof and came out first to repair a bunch of shingles that we lost in a wind storm. He came out the next day while other roof companies said they were to busy to come for the repairs. We also did the entire roof in the summer of 2022 and Vasil and his crew did the job on time and with good care. This winter some siding was damaged in a wind storm and Vasil came out within the hour to do the repairs. You can count on Vasil 100 percent to come and fix whatever you need with your roof. I know if I have any other issues with my roof Vasil will come and repair whatever I may need in the future.

They arrived on the same day I called them for the Downpour pipe repair that fell on the ground due to heavy winds. Reasonable pricing and very good service, they did an excellent work by fitting it back to its position and also they advised about one other pipe that doesn't have a proper water exit outlet and guided how to fix it so as to avoid any water leakage below the ground level. Would highly recommend!!
