  The owner Mike is WORST PERSON THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. I recently purchased my home in Plano. During the inspection the roof did not pass. Some part of the house had nails exposed due to improper installation. The previous owner had a receipt with a 5 year warranty that covered installation and labor. I called them and Tanya was a very polite during our conversations. She said someone from Royal was going to stop by and inspect the roof. The person that came was Charlie, it took him about 20 minutes to check on the roof. After he was done he said he was going to talk to the owner and get back to me. Two weeks later I called them and Tanya said that someone else patched the roof and left the nails exposed, that it was not them. After that I called the previous owner and if you know her you will see she's a very kind lady who made the buying process so much easier. She said on an e-mail and I quote her words: "I am positive we used Royal Roofing. I still have the receipt I sent you. And I do remember the city of Plano came out and inspected it after it was complete. I was very surprised when I read that about the roof on the inspection report. We have never had any problems with it. We had Royal repair the original roof years before that and they did a very good job. That is why we called them when it was needing to be replaced. So no, no one has ever done any roof repairs but Royal. Would you like me to email you the receipt? It may still be under warranty" After I read the e-mail I called Royal once again. Tanya answered the phone and could not say anything to me, she said hold on a second. When I was waiting I heard her saying "MIKE CALM DOWN, YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN" He immediately took the phone and started yelling to me and ranting about how that was not their work. He will not fixed someone else's job. I am a very calm person and I repeatedly said to him to lower his voice to show some respect, that I do not appreciate being treated like this. Tha

  I wanted to thank Charlie and his crew, they helped me out when our insurance company would not, we had a leak from the ice storm and they were quick to respond and repair our roof at a very reasonable price. I would encourage anyone to contact this company if you need a repair or a new roof.

  I recently had my roof and gutters replaced and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Charlie and his team was professional, punctual and respectful of my house. They walked me through every step and gave me a detailed estimate. The crew was on time and kept my yard clean, free of nails and trash and most importantly safe. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and pride in their work. My roof looks great and I’m confident knowing my new roof will last for years to come. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest and skilled roofing company than I’d highly recommend Charlie and Royal Roofing.

  Royal Roofing has taken care of our roofing needs for over two decades and through several hail storms. We first met Royal Roofing when we needed some custom work, and other companies couldn’t do it. When we tried Royal Roofing, their sales rep, Charlie Kegans, took on the challenge and got the job done. We’ve worked with them ever since. Charlie is honest, straightforward, knows his stuff, works well with our insurance coverage, and keeps his word.

  Fantastic job as always. This was the second roof replacement Royal has done for us. They’re first class all the way. Charlie was super in keeping us informed of progress at every step. He worked with us to get the job done at the time that was most expedient for us. And after the job, Charlie took care of all the insurance paperwork!! I would not use any other company!!

  I would like to express our positive experience concerning Royal Roofing. Mike and Tammy Amyx made a positive impact with us in many regards. Their communication was top notch. We received emails, flyers and signs indicating what to expect and everything was preformed as stated. If we had any questions, they got back to us immediately! The quality of materials and craftsmanship was excellent and they went above and beyond. I know this company has been around for 34 years and will continue be around for future needs!
