Ibrahim, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. We would like to clarify that CPR Roofing has been involved in coordinating efforts to address your concerns and has worked alongside all parties involved to facilitate repairs and work toward a resolution. While your original project manager is no longer employed by CPR Roofing, transition arrangements were made for him to continue assisting with projects he managed, and we appreciate his efforts in helping coordinate the repair process. However, it is not accurate to suggest that CPR Roofing has not been involved or has failed to take responsibility. Throughout this process, we have remained engaged and have participated in coordinating the necessary steps to address the issue. We value our customers and stand behind our work. If there are any remaining concerns, we welcome the opportunity to discuss them directly and continue working toward a satisfactory resolution. — CPR Roofing & General Contractors

Professional and amazing to work with. Marcos was very patient with my husband and I when explaining how the process worked from start to finish. He even took the time to meet with the insurance agent to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and not what the insurance wanted to pay for. Will recommend CPR to everyone!

We were informed by an inspector that we needed to replace the entire roof. We reached out & found CPR Roofing, they came out the next day. CPR was there installing the new roof a day and a half later. They showed up early in the morning and were done by 4pm. Great company & very happy with the results.
