It is rare to find a roofing company that gives this level of service. When we were ready for a roof replacement, we collected three estimates, and after hearing a good recommendation, we asked for another roofing quote and are very glad we moved forward. From the first call to the final roof inspection, the whole process was smooth, organized, and easy to understand. They walked us through the roofing options, explained materials clearly, provided samples, and set clear expectations for the schedule. The only slowdown was the tile delivery from the manufacturer, but the roofing crew kept us updated the entire time. During the wait, Tracy was very involved, responsive, and always available to answer questions. We even had a roof leak, and the team took care of that repair quickly before the new roof materials arrived. The workmanship, communication, and follow-through were excellent. In the Texas heat, it was great to work with a roofer that stayed dependable, professional, and attentive from start to finish. We would absolutely use them again for any roofing repair or roof replacement needs.

I’ve had very good experiences with Perry & Sons Roofers Llc for both a full roof replacement and later roof repair and maintenance. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was solid, and the customer service was consistently helpful. Brayden and Tracy were easy to work with, explained the roofing process clearly, and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish. What impressed me most was the honesty of the owner and the roofing crew. After a recent storm in Richardson, they reached out and offered a free roof inspection to check for possible hail and wind damage. Since storms in this area can be strong and the heat in TX can already put wear on roofing materials, I wanted to make sure everything was still in good shape and avoid bigger issues later. During the inspection, Tracy carefully checked the shingles, roof condition, and other visible areas. I was expecting that some repair work might be needed, but the inspection showed there was no major storm damage and no repair costs were necessary. That kind of honest roofing service really stood out to me. It is not always easy to find a roofer that gives a clear report and does not try to sell work that is not needed. That is why I feel confident recommending them for roof replacement, roof repair, maintenance, and inspections.

They did an excellent job on our new roof, two new attic fans, and the chimney flashing. Brayden came to our home on a Sunday and even rode around the neighborhood with us to compare shingle colors and roof styles. He also brought several roofing color samples to the house, and after we narrowed it down, he returned the same day with larger samples so we could feel confident choosing the best roof color for our home. The whole roofing crew was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, paid attention to detail, and made sure the roof installation and attic fan work were done right. Cleanup was thorough after the project was completed, and the property was left neat and tidy. The before and after photos really show the big improvement, and we are very happy with the final result.

I highly recommend Perry & Sons Roofers Llc for any roofing work. Brayden and Tracy were very focused on customer care from start to finish. They helped move the insurance claim along in a smooth and efficient way and worked hard to get the best coverage possible. Their crew paid close attention to every part of the roof system, and the workmanship showed real skill and care. They also went beyond the basic job by repainting the turbine vents so they blended well with the new roof, which gave the home a clean and polished look. They made sure the skylight was sealed and secured the right way, improving both protection and appearance. They explained the roofing process clearly, kept the job site organized, and made sure everything was completed with strong detail. If you need reliable roofers who deliver quality work and professional service, this team is a great choice.

I got a few roofing estimates, but i chose this contractor for several reasons. First, tracy was easy to work with and answered my questions fast. brayden also kept the whole process simple and clear. The pricing was fair, and they worked with me on the cost of some extra roof and gutter repairs I needed. From start to finish, communication was great. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked carefully, and completed everything neatly. They used tarps to protect the house and landscaping, cleaned up well after the job, and shared progress photos when the work was finished, which gave me extra peace of mind. For this project, I had architectural shingles installed in black, along with metal gutter guards, chimney caps, a ridge vent, and some gutter repairs. The new roof looks sharp, and everything appears to be sealed and installed the right way for hot Texas weather and strong sun exposure. After the first rain, there were no leaks at all, so i would definitely call the project a success. Overall, the service was professional, the workmanship was solid, and the whole experience was smooth. I would highly recommend them for roofing work and would gladly use them again for future projects.

this is my second time hiring them for roofing work, and they really care about doing the job the right way. they wrapped the eaves and soffits with aluminum, replaced the roof, and installed new gutters with leaf guards. the crew worked fast, stayed organized, and the finished roofline and gutter system look great. everything came together well, and the home looks much better now. during the soffit and eave work, i noticed a few aluminum nails left in the driveway. it was a small cleanup issue, and i understand how they could blend in and be easy to miss. i mentioned it, and the crew apologized right away and made sure the driveway was cleaned up properly. i appreciated how quickly they fixed it and followed through. overall, it was a very good experience, and i would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior work.

We have used this roofing company for roof repairs several times, and when it was time for a full roof replacement, they gave us a very fair quote. Their crew was professional, skilled, and did great work from start to finish. They completed the new roof on schedule, showed up when promised, and cleaned the property very well after the job was done. What stood out most was their honesty and clear communication, which really matters in the roofing industry. They explained the roofing process in simple terms, helped us understand our options, and made sure the new roof was a good fit for the hot Richardson weather. The workmanship was solid, the materials looked high quality, and the whole project felt organized and stress free. We highly recommend them for roof repair or roof replacement because they truly do what they say they will do.

Even though there was rain in the forecast, the crew worked hard to make sure the roof job was done right. They kept a close eye on the weather and made sure there weren’t any problems, which really impressed me. The team put in a solid effort, and the roof looks fantastic. At first, I was a bit worried about debris getting left around the house, but Brayden assured me that the crew would stay until everything was completely cleaned up. True to their word, they didn’t leave until the job site was spotless, even staying late into the evening. The next morning, Tracy came by to pick up any extra materials and used a magnet to collect stray nails, which I really appreciated. I had used Perry & Sons Roofers LLC before for siding and gutters, so I decided to call them for my roofing needs this time. I had a couple of small concerns, but the team addressed them right away. With my background in engineering and construction, I pay close attention to details, and based on my experience, I can highly recommend this company for anyone in Richardson looking for reliable roofing work.
