  I would recommend you inquire about their employees criminal past prior to allowing them in your home. Their warranty is a joke and most likely are not valid. Even if the work is incomplete or they flat out misdiagnose your roofing issue. To add insult to injury, every dime that was paid out for their services (Or lack there of) to their shady project managers never found its way back to the company. Apparently receipts are illegitimate. Best advice if your are this desperate for a sub contractor... Document EVERYTHING, be prepared to seek counsel and pray for sunshine.

  I tried to call and help. This is Donovan the owner. A salesperson (who has been let go for a very long time for accepting to do side work, because of situations like this) went over there and you asked for a better price if you paid him on the side. Never wrote a check or sent a payment to 360 Innovations, but to him directly and then when things didn't work out you come back to a real place of business, a family owned and operated business that does real business and stands behind everything they do and try to hurt the business.. because you're mad at a person you decided to work with without the companies knowledge. Nobody would buy eggs from the back door of Walmart and then complain that the backdoor eggs were bad. But I even offered to help and get the work done by trained professionals at cost through the company with a warranty, and this is how you choose to vent. I'm sorry, but I really don't know what else to do here, if you didn't want my help with the matter. I hope your roof is ok, I would've loved to help you with it.

  This company is a joke. They say they will be on site and then makes excuses after excuses before showing up... Weeks later finally showing up without a call...They say it takes a day to do and ends up taking 3 weeks.... DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. While workers are onsite they urine on the side of the house and only works for a 4 hour period then they all camp out and sleep in front yard for 4 hours. The owner is a real jerk. He calls the homeowners names and if things are not his way he will pro-long the job to get even...... NEVER AGAIN AND GLAD THEY ARE GONE..

  Again, Mrs. Cantu, I found the company you are wanting to review, Underwood Construction. I am so sorry you had such a bad experience with them, but I do not see how bad mouthing my company when all I did was help translate for one of the guys I knew on that crew does anyone any good. Feel free to post any contract, text, money paid to us, anything at all if you did business with us. This hurts a real, hard working company and I wish you would go after the Underwood, not me and my family of great people.

  360 Innovations replaced my roof, gutters and stripped and stained my fence. Everyone at 360 Innovations was friendly, professional and do excellent work. They worked with my insurance company for damage from weather, kept me up to date as process moved along and worked hard for best outcome and lowest price possible. Gage and Keith were involved from beginning to end can’t thank them enough.,They made the whole process Easy Peasy for me. For the roof I give them a ‘ Hell Yeah ’ ( my highest rating ). I give them a ‘ Hell Yeah ‘ for the gutters and another ‘ Hell Yea ‘ for fence work.

  My husband and I hired 360 Innovations as part of a home remodel and I am blown away with the quality of the craftsmanship on my new roof. They took their time but didn't go over budget and the construction area was spotless at the end of the roofing install. Amazing group of people, thank you to the entire crew for being so nice and helpful!

  Alan Cuevas was amazing to work with! Super friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process so easy. Tambien Harlan espanol, lo cual fue super util para mi familia! Highly recommend him if you need a reliable and honest roofing company.

  If u need an honest company to do your roof, 360 Innovations is who u should use. Joe & Donovan were hands on in every step making sure things were done timely and right. They are super nice guys and so easy to work with. I would never use anyone else!

  I had a great experience with 360. They were friendly and professional about the job. I had another company give me an estimate that was $6000 more than what 360 quoted. My insurance was pushing back with the other company but 360 was able to work with insurance to get all work and costs covered. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  I had concerns of a roof leak, due to moisture coming in on my foundation from one of my walls, and called 360 Innovations to come out and inspect. The inspector came out, looked in the attic, climbed all over the roof, and even looked at my gutters and found nothing wrong. I was actually hoping he'd find a problem so that I knew how to fix my foundation moisture problem, and I even told the inspector that. He said "I wish I found a problem for you, but I didn't." He told me he found some minor hail damage, but nothing that required repair anytime soon. It was very refreshing to have an honest roofing company tell me the truth, as opposed to all of the shady companies that knock on your door and tell you your roof is about to fall apart and needs a full replacement. Although I didn't purchase any services from this company, I really appreciated the honesty and will be contacting them again for any future roofing needs.
