  Columbia Roofing replaced our roof in two days. First day they removed the old roof shingles and prepped for new roof. The cleaned up our yard of all the removed materials including the nails with a magnet. The second day they installed the new roof and cleaned up our yard. New roof looks good. The clean up was like they lived here.

  We called six top-rated roofing companies for estimates. We opted for CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles and Columbia Roofing beat the price of their competitors on an identical list of installation specs and details. We were scheduled promptly and the project was complete within two days. They did an excellent job of containing the removal debris, and their cleanup efforts were exceptional after each day. Eddie was prompt with his communication from the start of the project through the final inspection. The process was about as easy as it could be from start to finish.

  Oh my gosh! Columbia Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof! I'm old and very particular, so if I am impressed, you know they did a great job. Antonia greets at the front door with a beautiful smile and warming personality. Eddie has a wonderful crew. The tear down team was so friendly and Scott made sure that I got in and out of my house safely the whole time. The roofing crew were very polite, skillful and made my roof an absolute work of art. If you are looking for people to take a job you've been dreading, and make it completely delightful...Columbia Roofing can do that!

  Columbia Roofing did an outstanding job on both my home and my business. My home has some big, steep peaks, and they handled it flawlessly, installing beautiful 50-year shingles that look amazing and really elevated the curb appeal. For my business, which has a flat roof, they installed a high-quality vinyl roof that turned out just as well. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced in handling different types of roofing projects.   After getting several quotes to replace our roof we settled on Columbia Roofing. My wife had read all the positive reviews and really appreciated Daniel’s knowledge and willingness to educate her on the different types of roofs. Once we made our decision, I was asked by Daniel to place a deposit to have Columbia Roofing provide their services to replace our roof and was told they were three to four weeks out. Our deposit was half of the overall installation that came to a little over $12,000. Last week My wife called Daniel after several weeks of waiting to ask when they would be starting on our roofing. Last week he told her they were working on a roof the next street over and our home would be next sometime the following week. On Wednesday I called to see when they would be starting so we could prepare for the demolition and have our dogs boarded through the install. I’m not so sure our job was put on the schedule. I was told I would get a call back from Ed that same day since Daniel was out of town. I did not receive any call . I called back this afternoon at 3:24 PM ( which is during their business hours) and left a message. I expected a call back prior to their closing time. Crickets. Fortunately I put the deposit my credit card which I will be disputing until I receive some type of communication. My comments and rating could improve if they would just communicate with us. Since my initial comments, I have been impressed with Columbia Roofing’s follow-up and commitment to customer service. Much improved. I wood contract with them on additional work but they did such a good job it won’t be for a while.
