  Initial process of getting an estimate and signing the contract went smoothly. Roger was an absolute ghost after that process: full voice mail, no answered calls, no courtesy calls and a blown off day of service which I took the day off. He did the same to my neighbor who referred me to his service. Luckily we were referred to Apex roofing who took care of both our roofs in one business day with 2 of the hardest working crews I've had the pleasure to watch on occasion. I understand the roofing business being busy as Apex was booked solid as well but they kept me abreast of the process the whole time. Royal Roofing gave no respect to my situation costing me a day of work and suffering with a damaged roof for many weeks after they promised service. I hate leaving a bad review for people I know are busting hump but heed my warning on the fact that they lack professionalism at every level. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

  When I met with Roger in early June he was very responsive during the quote process, but as soon as the contract was signed he just about fell off the face of the earth. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, texting, and emails... but out of the several attempts, I was only able to connect with Roger once during the two month span I have been waiting for the roof to be completed. The timeline of when I would receive my new roof was ever-increasing and it has become apparent that this wait has no end in sight. If Roger cannot actually find the time do the work he has been contracted to do, he should let his customers know instead of dragging us on indefinitely. I have cancelled the work and am going with another roofer, who will be coming this same week to complete my roof, whereas Roger has kept me waiting for 2 months at this point.

  Heather, we're very sorry we should have responded sooner and not have left you waiting. People who had contacted us previously (with signed contracts) that we were waiting on asked to have their roofs done on top of jobs that were already booked pushing us further and further behind. We don't like telling customers that we can't do work they asked us to do. But we understand your frustration and apologize. We do quality work, have an excellent reputation and receive many referrals. Which I guess is why we sometimes get backed up. Just recently we added extra crews to handle the additional workload. Your comments will not go unnoticed as we are adding an additional crew to address this issue. Thank you for taking the time to write I'm very sorry it didn't work out. You might also try getting customers you do work for now to write five-star comments. I see we are not listed on your Google place account if you list us we can respond with a comment like this on, or one you give us. Thank You, Roger

  They showed up. Worked from morning until it got dark. Had the job done i. A few days. Very happy with this company

  I had a very good experience worked with this company. They changed my roof in a day yesterday with 7 to 8 people in a day. The job is well done, and no any mess left in my yard or drive way. The price is reasonable and the contractor is the person who you can be really comfortable to work with, and total unlike these contracts I had experienced before in my life, and I even think that no contractor can be trusted. Thanks Royal company.

  Great company and excellent service. I reached out and discussed the leak I was having. Roger came out walked around the house, explaining what he was looking for and at every step of the way. He spent the time with me going over the various options for our new roof. We actually opted for the more expensive Landmark Pro option (50 year warranty on the shingles) which ended up being around $600 dollars more but for a major purchase that I don't have to worry about for the next 25 years or so I felt it was worth it. Also I wanted to make sure that I was hiring someone I trusted and someone who would stand behind their workmanship no matter what. Royal Roofing ticked all of those boxes. You cannot go wrong by hiring this company. And ask for Roger as your sales guide. He is tremendous and in two days I has a new roof.

  I had a double layer on my roof that needed to be replaced. They stripped and re roofed my whole house plus a new addition, as well as installed new gutters. Royal roofing was efficient, very clean, and friendly! They were also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

  My husband and I are very impressed with Roger and his hardworking team. They did an amazing job on our roof. They were quick, the quality of the job was above our expectation and the cost was very reasonable! We would recommend them to anyone and we'd hire them again!!

  Roger was knowledgeable, explained the process well and got the job gone. We got many proposals Rogers was the most professional. Very happy with the results

  Roger at Royal Roofing provides an excellent finished product and is detail oriented. I would hire Royal Roofing for my next roofing job.

  Like many home owners, we did research and called several roofing companies then selected Royal. The reasons we selected Royal are, Roger is true roofing guy that he knows his business from bottom to top and the most professional written purpose ever seen. Also, he only charges one third when we signed the contract and the rest of money when his job is done. I must say that I never have seen anyone work so hard than Roger and his crews (over 90F heat)! They are true professionals!!! Thank you so much Roger and your crews for everything!!! Sunny and Larry, Westminster, MA
