  Oscar, I’m very sorry for the frustration and the delay in responding, that is not the experience we want to provide. We acknowledge the unresolved repair from last August and apologize that your messages were ignored. I will personally escalate this to owner Logan and our service team so the issue is prioritized and resolved promptly. You should expect to be contacted within 48 hours to schedule a final inspection and corrective work.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Roofstruction. I contacted them on November 15, and while they were quick to schedule an inspection for the same day, things went downhill after that. The person who came to inspect promised to provide a quote the next day. However, despite following up with texts and calls, I received no response. He mentioned briefly that he had the square footage and would get the price “shortly,” but after that, complete silence. Ten days later, I called the main office, hoping for some resolution. They assured me they would follow up with the inspector and update me, but once again, no one ever got back to me. This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, I’d recommend considering other options.

  DO NOT DO business with Roofstruction! Ask the City of Wake Forest who also cancelled their jobs. They will charge you for work & materials they knowingly do not purchase or install & then have the nerve to request a price increase from insurance company for the same line items not performed. We settled for $1K Instead of the $4K in additional cost so we did not have to continue wasting time and $ in court. What a disaster reputation. I have ran into former employees who also have verifyed poor character. In spite of paying every Dime we signed for on initial contract they did not perform 6 of the 17 line items on insurance scope including standard drip edge & flashing. DO NOT let them fool you by their reponse to this post. It is agregeous. Even though i paid for these line items myself & i still ate it & paid them everything i agreed on initial contract & they still wanted more. My other contrqctors who have been in business twice as long could not believe the nerve of Roofstruction to sue for more money & the courts agreed. 6 OUT of 17 line items that Roofstruction sheepishly agreed to not performing in front of arbitration but were paid IN FULL and still wanted more. They can say they are family owned & God Bless you all they want but my family with 2 small kids certainly learned the hard way and i recommend you make a wise decision & choose from plenty of other companies.   We would like to address this post by Mr. Nick Slagle. We are a family-owned and ran business with a very good reputation in the community. This post is factually not true. We had an agreement with Mr. Slagle and he did not live up to his end. We had to go to court and the judge agreed that Mr. Slagle had not paid what was owed. Mr. Slagle paid that judgment in February, 2024 and we have moved on. Unfortunately, Mr. Slagle wants to continue defaming our business 6 months later. We have been in business for over 7 years and will let our 5 star reputation over 220 reviews speak for itself.

  Jay and his team brought a great price and quality service to my house. From the inspection of the roof to the signing of the contract and the final completion of the construction was very punctual and efficient, the crew cleaned up the yard and not a single nail was left in the driveway. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends. Look at the work they did to make this house, which is 25 years old, look brand new.
