This company currently owes me THOUSANDS of dollars. I have given them many months and opportunities to make it right and they are refusing. If you decide to use this company, use extreme caution!

Clearly states on the website that they do residential roof repairs, so I called and told them I had a metal roof with a leak and she says we do not do metal roof repairs. Website says nothing about different types of roofs they work on. Sad especially in my own small town of Columbus. I will have to look other places.

We recently had our roof replaced by Alpha Roofing after a hail storm, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. They were the first to reach out about the storm damage, and we are so glad they did. They handled everything with the insurance company, making the process smooth and stress-free. A special shout out to Alex, who was consistently professional, always early for appointments, and always available to answer any question we had. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and the workmanship is top-notch. Truly superb service from start to finish. Highly recommend Alpha Roofing.

We had a metal roof that started leaking. We called and Jonathan came out, inspected the job and provided us a solution and price that was very reasonable, especially because of the nature of the repair. Every screw had to be removed and replaced with larger washers, there were lots of screws! We also had gutter guards put on the gutters. The men who did the work were efficient and professional. We appreciated the work they did and HIGHLY recommend this company! Scarlett, who works in the office, is a lovely, competent woman who is very good with customer service issues. Thank you all!

The entire experience with Ricardo's Alpha Roofing was top notch from initial estimate from Juan to the final clean-up that was pristine. The roof's decking was a challenge to fix but the crew rose rectify the problem which was over and above my expectation. I would definitely call upon Ricardo's again should the need arise.
