  BUYER BEWARE! Brian Creech Roofing put a new roof on our house Sept 2015 after we had hail damage which our homeowners insurance paid for. We noticed about 6 months ago we had water leaking on our family room ceiling. It's been leaking for some time so my husband investigated and found the flashing came away from the corner of our chimney. (Never happened before in the twenty plus years we lived in this house.) The water leaked thru the wood, insulation then onto the ceiling. My husband called the owner Nov 30 2022 and the owner responded the next day. We sent him pictures of the water damage on our ceiling. On Dec 2nd Brian came out to investigate the roof, and ceiling. First thing he told my husband he didn't put this roof on because there were two different types of shingles. We presented our receipt with the date and warranty clearly written. He then looked at the water damage and stated he would be back to fix it. My husband texted and called the owner many times to let him know we got the materials he asked for and when would he return to fix the damage. We contacted Brian many times from Dec 2022 thru April 12, 2023. He never responded back to any of our communications. I guess the job is to small for him to take the time to honor his workmanship warranty. Long story short we initially didn't get what our insurance company paid for. Brian Creech Roofing doesn't honor their workmanship warranty and they try to cut cost's without the owner's knowledge. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on! We DO NOT recommend this company because they don't back up their warranty.

  Yes mam we did come and discovered the chimney is falling from the house that’s why flashing was pulling away from chimney I showed your husband the chimney was sinking in the ground but still may necessary repairs to flashing with no charge.And also showed him the top of the chimney needed a Brick mason as well.

  Contacted this company as it seems they did my roof in the past and since the roof appears to have held up well, I wanted them to make a small repair. They came out to look at what I need repaired and agreed to come fix it in the following days, maybe the next week depending on the weather. The price I was quoted was reasonable and I was fully prepared to pay right away. The guy that came out was prompt and professional. I tried to follow up with them a few times and they left me in the dark. Leaky roof with a promise to repair and nothing. I just wish they would’ve communicated with me properly.

  I sincerely apologize Mrs. Perry! Brians Mother passed away in 2022 and he pretty much shut Brian Creech Roofing down until July 2024 due to needing personal time off to grieve the loose of his mother!   It took three months to get my roof after I was told 2-3 of weeks. The only communication about the delay was initiated by me. I had ordered my roof well before Hurricane Florence arrived. That and Matthew may have caused part of the delay but I was never told that, I'm just trying to give Creech the benefit of the doubt. Contract roofers put the roof on but left with only a little clean up. I requested that they come back to get the trash, metal and insulation. Creech came and picked up the trash and metal but the insulation is all over my back yard. Lynne came to pick up the check and was in the yard. She had to have seen it yet said nothing. The roof looks nice but I don't think it is worth the hassle of having to pick insulation out of blackberry bushes and the rest of my yard.

  Horrible people that don't mind their own business. Stuck their nose in my family affairs with only being in my residence for 3 minutes. Horrible service. Shoddy work, with repairs that didn't hold. Would never hire again, nor refer to anyone.

  I could not be any more satisfied with the home roofing project recently completed by BCR. Sam and his crew were attentive to detail and kept us informed throughout the process.   I had a new roof put on by Brian Creech Roofing in July of 2025. Outstanding company to work with. Sam came out and gave me an estimate and was spot on. He treated it as if it was his own roof he was having put on. After the roof was complete, the yard was as clean as it was before they started. I definitely recommend Brian Creech Roofing!!!!!

  Creech Roofing did an excellent job! They were very prompt and very considerate of the issues with the Country Doctor Museum roof! With the building being historic, they worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of properly. They were very kind and professional and I would highly recommend them.

  B. Creech Roofing entered an est for work and glad that we chose them. All though we were not at home the team kept us informed on what was needed and the improvements as they we coming along. What really impressed us was the clean up. There was very few nails and board productins in they yard although they never knew we had a dog which made that really important to my wife. Thank you Brian Creech and to your Roofing crew for making this experience painless and seamless.

  Very professional company. They came out for a quote and perfectly described what would be done and explained any issues that may occur along the way. They came out about a week or two later for the install. Took about a day and cleaned up completely behind themselves once everything was done. Definitely recommend!

  Very Professional roofing company. From time I received a quote to the time I accepted them to do the work, everything was done in a very timely matter. The guys worked really hard and knocked the job out. Highly recommend Brian Creech and his crew!! Would definitely recommend using this company and Thanks again for the great service provided!!

  1/27/2025: Hello Google followers! Well, after a bit of calling and waiting, repairmen came out later this morning to evaluate my roof concerns. The investigation was thorough. The repairmen even went in my attic to take a look, spending quality time doing so. After a little discussion, they agreed to repair my roof today so that I would not have to schedule for another day in the future to have the work completed. Honestly, I thought fixing my roof today was the whole point of coming to my house.......... Well, quality time was spent in the repair work; and, I am happy to report that I am pleased. Now, waiting for the Spring rains to come to test the repair. I was assured today that I should not have further problems. 1/17/2025: To my 6,238 Google followers, stay tuned for another one of my warranty customer service reviews concerning Brian Creech Roofing. Just waiting for a response from this company to address my roof repair concerns. Previous Review (6 years ago): Having Brian Creech replace my roof 8-9 months ago started out GREAT. Immediately after the work was performed, there were issues with the shingles popping up. After calling and texting the foreman for two weeks, someone came to the house to correct the work. The foreman promised to seal my attic because he said that the company ordered a ridge vent that was not needed. After a month of calling and begging the foreman to correct the work, I find out that he quit the job a month earlier!!! Still no sealed attic per his recommendation and promise to correct. Now, I have shingles popping up again on my roof; but, no one has called me back after a week of waiting. I feel like I always have to reach out to the company; but, I never hear from to assure me that they are going to honor their warranty. One day I hope to enjoy my new roof and investment. Right now......losing trust. I must say that Pam is very pleasant on the phone. It would be nice to given repair updates. Why am I expecting follow-up when

  The only reason Brian got my job was because he hand nails all shingles not only 4 but some time 5-6 nails that ensures no slippage of shingles replace bad plywood now my roof is flat and makes my home look like a show place asl I can say is THANK YOU BRIAN FOR A OUT STANDING JOB !!!!!!
