  Well I have been waiting for them to make the roofs right for our condo association..it has been years and the shingles are falling off 4 buildings..

  Hello Gayle In response to your review the job was completed in 2017 and now 5 years 2 major Hurricanes later you left a review you stated that the shingles were improperly installed longboat key is one of the most strictest of all municipalities requirements for all inspections and the inspector who physically got up on the roof for all inspections lives across the street from the buildings for each building there was 6 inspections each one of them passed there inspection As for the shingles and the pictures you posted of missing shingles is the direct cause of Hurricane Ian a delaminating shingles is caused by gravity, heat and severe wind also manufacture deficiency as per your association they went with the cheapest materials which in this case Tamko products GAF would have never have delaminated

  i'm not sure how my review got deleted. I will repost with pictures. I see the owner left a comment. He could have called me to follow up and find out what problems they've caused. My wife called to complain they sent someone out but didn't do anything about the damage they'd caused. Hopefully I can relocate the photos soon from an old phone.

  Hello Val ( Elizabeth) I’m sorry for your inconvenience I have checked our records and this job was completed in August 2019 looks like you went through SELF loan program unfortunately Frank or Ashley your account manager from the SELF program never reached out to us to let us know of the issue you were having it would have been nice if you contacted us directly at the time we would have taken care of any issues you were having at that time also the owner would have needed to sign off on the work completed at that time to make sure that all work was completed and owners satisfaction was met before payment was issued Edward M., Owner

  Got a roof estimate about a month ago by Avery Martineau . He came out to do estimate of roof. He told me that he will have an estimate emailed to me by Monday. He came out on a Friday. I never heard from him again nor his company.

  I had a small leak in one of my bathroom vents. I called Ed and he responded and repaired the leak within 2 hours of my phone call. Professionalism like Ed’s is the reason to use family owned and operated small business companies. I wish I could give 10 stars

  Roofs for Life put a new roof on my house several years ago. It's held up great. ED and his crew are great. The were in and out - completed the job in one day! Left no mess. I hooked my neighbor up with Roofs for Life and she's thrilled with her new roof. They have a great reputation for a good reason!

  Loved the end result repaired my roof and it looks brand new , Ed was an amazing contractor, great communication and very fast with estimates and planning would 10/10 recommend. Amazing work

  This company exceeded our expectations. They were honest, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. The estimate was clear, the timeline was accurate, and the workmanship was top-notch. The crew was respectful of our home and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but these guys delivered. We’re very happy!

  Initial Friday call, he picked up after second ring. Showed up 5 minutes earlier than expected on Monday. Ed inspected the roof, showed me photos, and was honest about what needed to be done (which was fairly minor). The company before him tried to take me for a ride. Ed is super professional, clear, honest and fair. I highly recommend giving him a call.

  Called Ed on the Friday after the storm to repair my ridge line roof shingles. He was here first thing Monday morning to do the repairs. Unbelievable that I could get a roofing contractor out to my home 3 days after the hurricane. Kudos. I highly recommend this company. Reasonable prices as well.

  Roofs for Life went over and above to install my new roof in a very prompt and professtional way. They did quality work and handled all the details for me. They went above and beyond in their handling of the job from start to finish. A special shout out to Brad Beles for his outstanding help in making our beautiful roof happen - from fitting us into their tight schedule, to helping with all details from paperwork to dumpsters and even scheduling the wind mitigation for me.   Fast response from Ed Martineau immediately after Milton blew through. No hype or sketchy schemes, just up and at 'em, secure acrylic "felt" with a cover and we are dry! Fair price and solid work. Good guys! Roof Replacement completed now, and again the quality, speed, and cleanliness of the job were all excellent! RFL is an honorable company with a skilled team and they do what they say! Rare!
