Steve originally replaced our roof 10 years ago. Bad storm came though and tore off part of the roof. Contacted Steve and set up a date to give me an estimate to replace what got messed up. Steve didn't show up Thursday or Friday for the appointment. Then promised Saturday and never showed. Sent two text messages and called. He completely ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional.

Steve was a no show & couldn't even give me a courtesy call. I had conversations with him on a daily basis, prior to his arrival. I had an appointment with him & his crew on June 9, 2026 between 2-3pm. At 3:15pm I called, his phone, it was …

Steve gave me a fair price and didn’t upsell me on anything that I didn’t need which was great! We had to reschedule the job several times due to rain but they worked the day before Thanksgiving to get the work done before rain was coming in! They even came on Thanksgiving day to make sure things were clean and done right. Several months later we had some problems with roofing nails and they came by and cleaned everything off for us. I will for sure be using them again; I wish I could give them 6 stars!

I have personally worked with Steve and Roofs R Us for many years in the real estate industry and personally as well. He is very trustworthy, nice, and an honest person to deal with. Many roofing companies will look to sell you a job but many times Steve will advocate for a repair when the situation is appropriate, saving you money in the process. He really looks out for his customers and it shows. Steve and Roofs R Us are by far the best local roofer, give them a call !!

One of the best services I've had done on my house. Not only did they do my roof, but they did it so well I've had no further issues. They are not like other companies, who almost always leave behind trash or unfinished work. These guys are reliable.
