Very surprised he's still in business. Poor customer service made me find a different company. Glad I d id. He took $100 cash, started a small roof repair and never returned.

Called for siding and moisture barrier advice. Have a leak and was unsure whether to wrap the entire house or not and would I need to replace the siding or could I reuse what I have. I was told to Google what I wanted to do and let them know. Called another company with 100% better response.

The team of installers completed the removing and installation of new shingles in one day. They cleaned up the area as well. Ray has proven to be avaliable before and after installation.

Ray was fantastic to work with! He came out on a Sunday to inspect our roof, which we really appreciated. After checking everything over, he had his crew at our house first thing Monday morning to make the repairs. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Ray communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made sure the job was done right. We had a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Rays Harford Home to anyone needing roof repairs!

I have been using Rays for years and I must say Honesty, Integrity, and Quality Work is what this company stands for! I've had roof work done in the past and a new roof installed in 2021, all done flawlessly! This month (May 2026), I had new Shutters installed on my house for ten windows and Ray and his team did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company if you want thorough communication throughout any project process, excellent customer service results in a timely manner, at a very reasonable cost!!!

Bay Window Shingle Leak Repair – Bowleys Quarters, MD Stopped a bay‑window shingle leak today in Bowleys Quarters. Water was getting in where the shingles meet the sidewall — common on older bay windows around Middle River with wind‑driven rain. We pulled the loose shingles, checked the decking, installed new shingles, sealed the sidewall transition, and tightened everything up so the bay window is watertight again. If you see staining around a bay window or water on the sill, it’s usually the shingles or sidewall flashing starting to fail.
