Good luck if you have issues after getting a new roof. Customer service is 0/10. Absolutely terrible.

The owner of the company told my dad to go F himself when he called to use the 10 the warranty! The roof was less than 2 years old and already leaking! So if you would like a company that provides leaking roofs and complimentary insults when you try and remedy issues they are your go to company.

I couldn’t imagine a worse experience. Signed because the price and now I’m paying the price with leaks in 3 different locations from my roof and the owner Theodore, whom I’m not sure which he has less of....IQ or integrity....said he wold take a look.....I watched as he struggled mightily to carry a 24’ a Ladder....slowly climb up to the edge for a peak...then come back down to inform me “the roof is just fine, the ceilings are leaking from the siding” LOL...followed by “Hey I gotta run but If you like I’ll get back to you with a price to replace all your siding”

I have a roof that is 6 years old that I have had nothing but issues with and I am not having luck with getting any results. Visiting office tomorrow.

Deliberately creates contracts that have vague language to confuse customers. Threatens to call the cops if you question what the contract was for. Changed the company name just to void customer warranties. Beware!

I had a wonderful experience with aero residential contractors. The salesman Robert long was wonderful to deal with. My roof turned out beautiful I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this company I couldn't be more satisfied.,, I just noticed that someone had there friends and family makes a smear campaign against a wonderful company it's very suspicious to me that all those terrible reviews we're all done at the same time they were all posted in a row 5 hours ago, i had a wonderful experience with aero residential and all my family and friends have used them as well with total satisfaction,!!! Second time I had this company do my roof. First one lasted 13 years and was damaged from some high wind storms. Called Rob Long about making some repairs and after a discussion ,decided to replace whole roof with a better and more modern shingle . Whole process was as easy as the first time. Rob does a great job of communicating from start to finish. Crew did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing roof. Job site was cleaned up when the job was done and there was no trace of them being there. Always do excellent work and easy people to work with !!

I had a great experience with Aero from start to finish. TJ was professional, honest, and he took the time to help me navigate the insurance claim process even after the job was complete. My roof was prioritized because of an active leak and Aero completed the job within a week. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality roofing work.

I highly recommend Aero for your roofing needs. They were prompt, very competitive with their pricing and did an amazing job. They showed up, knocked it out and did a very thorough cleanup afterwards. TJ was very communicative throughout the entire process. And if there's something you need that they don't do, he knows a guy!
