Reached out to Lane Home Improvement LLC yesterday 8/8/26 and was told they would come out today 8/9/26 between 12PM-2PM. I heard NOTHING from them. Reached out and still got no response. A day wasted waiting around for a business to not …

I was in contact with Elizabeth from Lane home improvement to have someone inspect and replace my gutters and kept getting the runaround for getting someone to come look at them. Finally, she scheduled me for a Saturday. No one showed. I followed up with her and was ghosted. I can’t recommend this company.

Jules we are sorry for any confusion. We had an issue with our office phone and believe we have missed some calls/text from a few homeowners. I was locked out of my Apple iCloud and lost some contacts (yours and others) . Please feel free to reach back out to us at 410--487-5632. We will be able to provide you your FREE estimate as discussed. Additionally, I find it interesting that you would go out of your way to leave a bad review when you never receive the service from us and that was due to an honest miscommunication

Wonderful experience. Mel arrived promptly and repaired my roof. His team trimmed back some trees that caused the issues and did a great job.

What a wonderful experience I had with this company Lane Improvement. The owner (Elizabeth) was great as she mapped out a plan to get roof up to par. The great thing was that the price was very reasonable as other companies were outrageous in their pricing. If you want the job done right this is the company.

I can honestly give the highest recommendation for Lane Home Improvement LLC for the exceptional quality and professional flat roof torchdown repair they just completed on my home's porch roof. I chose this company because the owner, Elizabeth Collier, provided me with an extremely fair & detailed estimate after the initial roof inspection, and my communication with her throughout the process was fantastic. As a senior citizen, I explained that my budget was tight, and she understood and didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary work or materials. I had 3 other companies come out to give me estimates, and Lane Home Improvement was the best choice out of all the others. Their supervisor, Mel, and his expert crew showed up promptly on Saturday morning and got right to work, laying down a tarp to catch any debris before removing the old roofing materials, explaining the torchdown process and providing photos of their work on each step until my new roof was finished. The men were hardworking, polite and cleaned up everything when they were done, even using a magnetic roller to pick up any nails or metal debris on my driveway & yard that they might've missed when rolling up their tarps. I have already decided to hire Lane Home Improvement again when I need new gutters or any other work on my home because I trust them to do fantastic work.

I cannot give Elizabeth and her crew enough credit. I had what I thought was an almost impossible situation and she walked me through every step of the process and made miracles happen. I highly recommend Lane Home Improvements to everyone, especially if you're not sure of what you need.
