  Chris from RoofLine not only did a good job replacing the roof of my house but helped very much handling the negotiation with my insurance. Very fast, clean and easy to contact. I recommend the company for everyone that needs this type of service.

  Roofline Xperts did an absolutely amazing job on my mother’s roof after it was damaged in a storm. I live out of town, so it was important to find a company we could trust. We “interviewed” four different roofing companies, and Roofline Xperts quickly stood out—thanks to Chris. From the very beginning, Chris was professional, personable, and authentic. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. We asked a lot of questions (some more than once!), and he answered every single one with a smile. He even took calls after hours and set up a couple of Google Meet calls to work around our schedule, which meant so much. The quality of the work was beautiful. The contractors were kind, respectful, and very accommodating with my elderly mother. She was genuinely impressed by how nice and professional everyone was. If you’re looking for honesty, professionalism, and excellent craftsmanship, Roofline Xperts is the company to choose. We couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results.

  Excellent experience!! Would recommend and would use again. From the estimate appointment to the actual reshingling Chris Holland did an excellent job presenting what they would do for us and responding to our questions. We didn’t feel like he tried to over sale us. His recommendations seem genuine and true. On the installation day his crew arrived at 7 on the dot and got busy right away. They were very industrious and professional. They got set up for removing the existing roofing-They moved some items around the house that might be in the way, put tarps around the house over the shrubbery and things. Once that was done they were on the roof and busy. They swapped out 3 skylights, replaced vents, redid flashing around the chimney, repainted pipes to make them fresh, replaced boots, replace roofing in a couple of places, put down underlayment and shingles. When finished they cleaned up everything and put things back in place. The roof looks wonderful and the extra things like drip edge on the roof where there aren’t gutters accent the loveliness of the shingles. Chris was there as the day started and at the end again explaining things to us and checking for questions or concerns. Everything went well and we are very satisfied.

  Exceptionally positive experience working with RoofLine Xperts of NC. First time RoofLine customer after Internet search. Previous roofing company provided inadequate solution that soon failed. So, another search to find a Roofing & Repair Service with integrity. Prompt response to initial inquiry. Visited my home to provide evaluation of existing conditions, and corrective options, priced for agreement. Talking with Chris and Luis gave me a sense of trust and confidence. I felt their sincerity to help rectify, not oversell. RoofLine implemented corrective actions to address leaks. Enhanced efforts by the RoofLine team exemplified why I am so happy with the results. Great decision to select RoofLine. They do what is right. I am a real customer. Not AI. Not a shill I am an engineer, and know what it takes to do work, and do work well. I am value oriented.   Chris & Luis visited to assess the various roofing problems we had on our (for us) new home. Luis returned in a few days & fixed all in about 2 hrs. These fixes stabilized our roof so it's good for another 10+ years.

  We recently had the pleasure of Chris visiting our home to repair some siding on the side of the house, which was too tall for our own comfort to repair. From the initial contact with the company to the day of repair, the entire process was seamless, professional and handled very well. He communicated with us, was on time, courteous and explained the entire process before starting the work to make sure we both understood what was being done. They answered all our questions, stayed in contact throughout the process and even provided pictures of the finished product. We highly recommend this company and especially Chris, if you have any roofing/siding needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we have other needs that their company covers. Heather was also a joy to work and communicate with! Thank you both for making this repair seamless for us and for educating us along the way!!
