100/10 experience. A tree branch pierced my roof, which subsequently caused my ceiling to rip open from rain water retention. Chris had an emergency tarp put in place within hours, to prevent further damage while we waited on my insurance adjuster. Getting the repairs scheduled and finalized was a breeze, as Chris made the whole experience smooth and efficient. Beyond reasonable price for quality work. While I hope to never see him again, I will absolutely reach out in the future if needed. Cannot recommend Generations enough!

Responsive, On time, Professional and Polite! I gave them a call because my roof mounted attic fan gave out and my house basically turned into an oven ! He scheduled me ASAP and within 2 days his crew was there first thing in the morning. I Also needed to have work done on my roof. Many leaks and chimney problems. All of it fixed. A new roof that looks amazing. Great crew members. Skilled with good attitudes. Pricing was absolutely* reasonable. Thanks again to Chris and the team. 5+ Rating from me.

Hunter came out and placed a tarp in our roof to prevent further leaks and discussed all our roofing options. We were given a reasonable quote and offered a military discount. We decided to go with Generations Roofing and very glad we did. Chris came out and offered the same professionalism and knowledge as our high quality shingles were being installed. They were finished in a day! Any questions we had were answered. My husband and I are very pleased with the service and workmanship. If you need a roofer, Chris, Hunter and their crew are the ones to call!

Chris is a very professional roofer. We had a leak that took us a long time to track down, and we even bought shingles in preparation for a partial roof replacement. However, Chris quickly identified that the real issue was caused by the previous contractor improperly stapling shingles, which led to small leaks. In less than 20 minutes, he fixed the problem with a much more affordable solution. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Chris and his team! Him and his team did an amazing job on my roof. He came out quickly when I had concerns of leaking and was very honest and upfront about everything. He wasn’t the only roof company I spoke with, but I loved how honest and genuine he was. He will be my go to roofer for any future homes and I will be recommending this company to anyone who is looking!!

Chris and his crew did a great job installing our new roof. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and patient with our many questions, and his price was very competitive. His company warranty couldn't be beat. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out and would recommend him to anyone in need of a new roof.

Chris promptly helped me repair my leaking roof at a very reasonable price. Although I had a temporary cover over the hole, Chris went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting the entire area and repairing a few additional broken shingles. He also took the time to investigate a mysterious leak under our balcony, quickly identifying the issue as a missing flashing and thoughtfully explaining a couple of options to fix it. I highly recommend Chris for his expertise and attention to detail.

Generations roofing is by far the best roofing company in NC. Chris was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. His price was about half of what those other clowns quoted me! His crew is amazing too!

Wonderful experience working with Generations Roofing. Within a day of calling, I had someone out to give me an estimate and we scheduled the repair for the following week. It was done quickly, professionally, and affordably. They even came back the following weekend to replace our shed roof which had been deteriorating for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be using them again on any of my future roofing needs.
