Jake, We are wondering when you will reply to our email dated Oct. 12, 2026? Today is Oct. 29th. The work your team did for us was a good job. You commented several times while completing the jobs that you would "not leave us" hanging. It feels as though you have.

I am sorry I had some personal stuff come up and should have communicated As this is no excuse a phone call goes a long ways. You know I didnt do it intentionally and will do anything in my power to make it right. Yes I fixed the leaks nobody has been able to fix and then life happened(not your fault). But As you now and see in my reviews this is not how I do business. Please give me a call and I promise you I will make it right. I am even willing to refund your money and do the other work for free. Please give me a call and let me make this right. Thank you and sorry again for my lack of communication. Thank you

Jacob is by far one of the best roofing specialists I've ever met. Super professional, diligent, knowledgeable and has a polite and professional crew. I would absolutely recommend him for any and all roof and chimney related needs. He did a fast and beautiful job on our chimney repair. Thanks Jacob and crew!!

I found Dockrey Home Solutions on google and decided to give him a try. Jacob is awesome and wants to do the best job for his clients. His team made time to come to our house and install a new gutter system. It was done very quickly! There was a minor issue with one of the gutters. I told him the problem and he resolved the issue right away without hesitation. The price is very fair as well. Jacob is very friendly and very accommodating to what you want! His team is professional and does a great job! I would use Dockrey Home Solutions again in a heartbeat. I recommend them to anyone that wants to install new gutters to their home. No complaints at all! 5 Stars!

Jake did a fantastic job of isolating the issues with our roof. Last year we had multiple roofing professionals and structural engineers look at our roof, and no one could find the source of our leaks. Jake found them in less than an hour. He quickly got us a reasonable estimate and had my roof fixed within a week. He communicated with us throughout the process and sent pictures of the progress. If you’re looking for roof or gutter repairs/replacement, this is the guy to get! I know he will be my first call for anything regarding my roof as long as I live in the triangle. A big thank you to Jake and his team! I can finally relax when stormy weather occurs.

We can’t recommend Dockrey Home Solutions enough! He truly puts his clients first and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and professionally. Whenever We’ve needed help, he’s responded fast and handled the job efficiently without cutting corners. What we appreciate most is his honesty — he’s straightforward about what needs to be done, fair with pricing, and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, skilled, and trustworthy. If you’re looking for a someone who genuinely cares and stands by his work, this is the one to call!
