Roofline makes appointments never comes never calls to cancel. They seem to think it’s funny for customers to arrange their day then never show. I tried to call and have been ghosted. With so many other roofers, I’d look elsewhere. Good to know you can’t trust them after a hurricane.

I'm sorry you feel that way I called and no response. We do not think this is funny in any way. All of our team members are out in the field helping as many people as possible and things are taking longer to fix. I'll try to reach out again or call us anytime. Thank you Update: We stopped by and talked to your mother (she was really sweet) she showed us the issue we did an inspection, and it turns out the water is coming in through your window frame on the upper level because it's not sealed. The water runs down your siding and travels behind your window and into your home and is damaging your drywall. We didn't charge you for our time since we only repair roofs and not windows. Hurricane Ian has created a lot of damage and we are trying to work as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Daniel and roofline are phenomenal! Daniel met with me on multiple occasions to discuss my concerns and the job. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The crew did a great job tearing out and replacing my 23 year old roof. Robert updated me throughout the job and the cleanliness of the crew was remarkable. Arturo in particular, walked the site each evening before the crew left ensuring any mess made during the day was cleaned up. My home did not feel like a construction site during the process. Roofline began the tear off on Monday of this week. Had shingles on Tuesday. Finished shingling and final touches completed on Wednesday. This crew moves efficiently. And as it turns out, are actual employees of roofline. Not subcontractors. The quality and the care they put into their work shows. Attached are before and after photos. The work speaks for itself. I cannot advocate for Roofline enough. Do yourself a big favor and contact Daniel. He turned a process I was dreading into a rather pleasant experience.

Daniel with Roofline did an excellent job from start to finish! They were professional, reliable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and delivered high-quality workmanship that really shows. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Roofline to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.

I have asked Daniel to work on some roofs for a friend of mine, and he was able to refer someone to do the repairs and then a trickle down of effect, somebody else was referred to do the interior damage from water. Very prompt, very professional, and very satisfied. Suzanne Stacy
