  Extremely Reckless and Unprofessional RoofKO was working on my neighbor’s roof and caused damage to my brand new vehicle, which was parked on my own property. Their crew was throwing roofing debris directly off the roof without any regard for surrounding property. This included rough shingles and metal pieces with nails sticking out, which struck and damaged my car. When the owner was confronted about the damage, instead of taking responsibility, he escalated the situation, reacted very poorly, and refused to provide insurance information so the damage could be handled properly. This was incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible. They also left behind a huge mess, with debris scattered around. This company showed a complete lack of care for safety, surrounding property, and accountability. If you value professionalism and responsibility, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  I thought we had resolved this with $100 gift card for your troubles. As I proved to you in photos, there were no vehicles parked there when we started the project. Let it be clear that no shingles hit your vehicle. A piece of tar paper blew off and landed on your hood. It was almost immediately removed and the little bit of tar was wiped off. We came to an agreement for me to pay you $100 and you never contacted me. This whole occurrence is less than two weeks old. There was no damage to your vehicle; therefore, there is no reason to get an insurance company involved. unfortunately parking and housing are exceptionally close in that area and although we took extra precautions to not throw things off the roof, we cannot control the wind. The homeowner was impressed and happy that we could get it done in such short notice. They also noted the cleanliness.

  Jamie contacted us shortly after a hail storm had caused extensive damage to our roof, siding, and gutters. He covered compromised portions of our roof on the same day that the storm occurred and explained what we should expect moving forward. Throughout the entire process of our total roof, siding, and gutter replacement Jamie and Angie we there for us. They organized and finished these extensive projects on time and with total professionalism. They responded promptly when we contacted them, charged us fairly for the work they completed, and helped us greatly in navigating a difficult experience. We recommend RoofKO highly.

  Jamie and the rest at RoofKO were great to work with. Our roof is rather large and has multiple valleys and the project was completed in a day and a half. The crew was great about keeping our flowers and plants safe when they removed the old shingles. They were great about cleaning after the project was completed. With this being the first time going through insurance, it was great to work with a contractor like Jamie. He was able to let us know next steps throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend RoofKO to anyone in need of a new roof or repairs.

  Jamie helped my elderly parents reopen an insurance claim for hail damage that had initially been denied. He diligently helped us get the revised claim properly submitted and approved. His crew completed most of the work, house and garage, in one day, and finished the last bit in an hour or so this morning. They cleared the whole site completely and left it looking better than when they started. Strongly recommend for any external home repairs.

  Definitely a five star rated company. Roofko will not disappoint. We were hit pretty hard last May from hail damage. Jamie, Angie and the crew were so great to work with, from day one when Jamie came to our door and offered to do a free inspection of our roofs, everything after that went so smoothly too. They took care of pretty much everything, from working with our insurance adjustor and our insurance. We hardly had to deal with any of it. We couldn't be happier. And we made great friends with them and River (their fur baby) too. If you need your roofs checked after this recent hail storm in our area give them a call we highly recommend them. Great job Roofko!!!

  Jamie, and crew, did a fantastic job on my house. Siding, gutters, and roofing. He was there to answer all of my questions. Prompt and professional all the way through the process. I had no issue with the quality of work performed. I would highly recommend them for all of your home repair needs.
