I would never ever use them again. I had leaks immediately after replacing my roof. They refuse to fix their mistakes.

I do NOT recommend this company. We have tried numerous times to request them to cordially release my client from an Assignment of Benefits. After extremely hostile responses to our simple questions about the contract and now our request to be released from the contract their sales guys Chris and Dan continue to harass us and threatened to get their attorney involved after we have made it VERY clear we are not interested in working with them any further. Herb Frank, the owner had agreed to release us from the contract and yet we received another harassing email from Christopher S Koehn. This has been an extremely frustrating situation and again I do NOT recommend getting involved with this company under any circumstances. This is so unfortunate that Roofing Sytems of Florida choose to allow their salesmen to these high pressure sales tactics and take advantage of people under this Assignment of Benefits contract and charge 10k higher than all the other companies in the SWFL area.

It took them exactly 2 months after my initial 30% deposit to come out and finish the work. They do not reply to your numerous emails or call back with answers liked they said they would. I had to go to the City building department to …

It was time for our 23 year-old roof which was a red barrel Tile to be replaced. It had served as well. Nonetheless, replacing a roof is a fairly thankless expenditure. We were recommended to Roofing Systems from two different sources. We decided to go with them and we’re very glad that we did. Herb and his team were great. Bill who we worked with and happened to be a consummate professional, helped us pick out the right roof for our house which was a flat brown tile with color variations. When the project was done, we not only had a nice functioning roof but a whole beautiful new look to our house that was complimented by new gutters. It almost feels like we had gotten a new house. I could not recommend Roofing systems enough.

We had a great experience with this roofing company. Michael Hawkins made the whole process easy from the start, and Frank, the foreman, did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. The crew worked hard, kept the job site clean, and the new roof looks great. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

Herb and his team did a great job on my reroof. The sales / proposal phase went great and Mike was very helpful . I am a general contractor and rarely come across contractors who keep their committments. Roofing Systems of Florida is one of the few great roofers in Florida!

Roofing Systems started when they said they would and kept coming every day until the job was done. Very professional, from sales to back office. The Building Inspector talked also very highly about them. And, unheard of in Florida, they cleaned up after they were done!!! Would recommend them any time. I purchase a new metal roof, the workmanship the quality was just outstanding. When I looked at my neighbors metal roofs, the detail was a step and beyond any other company I’ve ever seen and I’ve been a contractor for 40 years in Palm Beach County.
