I used this company 3 times for roof repairs! The first 2 times it was repaired but the third time they repaired it but sent the wrong bill! It was for repairs I did not have done! After repeated attempts to get a correct bill I had my son step in to help! They insisted I was correctly billed and threatened to have a Lien placed against my home if I didn’t pay!! The man accused me of lying even telling my son that I was a lier!! We asked to speak to the owner and was told he left the country for 3 months! When he came back he sent me a correct bill and I paid it! There were no before or after pictures taken of the third repair! I Would NOT recommend this company!!

My mother calmly explained to him that the matter could wait until I returned. He responded by threatening that his mother would not pay for the flat roof project, which included a silicone system installed on July 24th. She told him she would not argue with him and that, if necessary, I would handle the situation appropriately upon my return. When I contacted Sharon personally to explain how her son treated my mother, that was the last communication I received from her. I want to be very clear: I would have gladly worked through any concern and, if needed, would have even absorbed the entire invoice to maintain a positive relationship. What I will never do is allow my employees—or my family—to be verbally abused.

Wow. I cannot say enough about OCD roofing. They came out when they said they were gonna be there and went over and above and keeping our yard and house clean while they’re installing the roof after the first day. It was hard to even notice that they were there the roof looks great, and there was no hidden charges when everything was done. If you are thinking about them and another contractor, I would definitely give them a chance they were not our cheapest proposal, but we are extremely happy that we chose them. My neighbor chose another company that I almost picked and he had nightmares. We are so happy that we picked OCD roofing. Jeff and Rhonda were great.

OCD waterproofed my Balcony at my office and after dealing with several leaks for multiple months, I can finally say with heavy rains. We have not had a single problem. I would recommend OCD roofing to any friends or family so if you’re looking for a good roofing contractor in Loxahatchee, a Royal Palm Beach definitely called OCD roofing. Thanks Jeff, Jacob and Rhonda
