Good first impression but excessive charges for work done and questions regarding completion of job left unanswered. Would not recommend.

One of the worst don't waste your time! They don't return calls they have more business then they can handle apparently. Plenty of roofing companies out there don't call them. Terrible!

William M., 08/17/2015 Edit Trying to contact & have a conversation with this company is horrible! They don't return phone calls and refuse to listen to what you have to say. After multiple attempts to contact this company we finally got through and had someone come out to give an estimate. We then tried to contact them a second time and was not able to get in touch with anyone, it would go straight to voicemail or no answer. Even after leaving a voicemail for a phone call back we heard nothing. We were able to speak with them early in the morning and was told he would call us back in 45 minutes to an hour, yet 2 hours later we heard nothing! We ended up calling them back and got through and they didn't even have any of our information ready to go over our questions, and made up excuses as to why we didn't receive a phone call back. We initially called to go over the estimate to see if they were able to help us out with the price in any way because we were un able to come up with the amount they said. He automatically told us he was unable to work with the price. He didn't bother to ask us what we were able to afford or what we were looking to do. This company doesn't take into consideration what the customer needs. A customer driven company would answer calls, return calls, and find out what the customers needs/wishes are before saying NO! I was hoping for a better customer experience! Apparently they do not need my service, and I will have no problem contacting another roofer and telling my friends/family not to go through this company going forward.

I found O’Neill Jr roofing to be a very reliable company. This family owned and run company was referred to me by a friend and I’m very happy with their work. They worked closely with me to explain the different types of metal roofs systems and provided me several samples of homes in which they had installed metal roofs on so that I could determine what was best for me. Also supplied me with many color choices. I am very happy with the end result and their office was very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Just had our roof replaced by Oneal Jr Roofing. It went smoothly and the roof looks amazing. Price was great, lowest of several offers. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They even helped repair our old roof while we were in the process of buying the new roof. Would recommend!

O'Neal Jr Roofing is the BEST roofing company!!! Everyone at this company from the office staff to the workers were wonderful, very professional and prompt! Our roof looks awesome! We have had no issues with our new roof. Recommended them to my mother and she is very happy with her new roof too. Our family would not use any other roofing company.

O'Neal Roofing did a great job on my reroof. They know what they're doing. It seemed each member of the crew had their specific job to do so each was an expert in their area of work. They were communicative and cleaned up daily. They even sent a runner to pick up my payment.

O'Neal Jr Roofing is an excellent company with great people working for it. They bumped me up in their schedule to get me roof completed a couple weeks before their normal schedule - thank you...!! The people inside their office were also very helpful and courteous. They always got beck to me right away when I had a question. Thank you very much for the wonderful roof you put on in two days time!!
