I was extremely satisfied with my experience from beginning to end of my commercial roof project. I have been working with Roofing Service Company for several years, from roof repairs to a complete roof replacement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have received. In the past, I worked with Lane, and most recently, Rob handled my roof replacement. Both have been exemplary, and Rob was on top of every detail throughout the entire project. From the initial planning through completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, resulting in a great finished job. I couldn’t recommend Roofing Service Company more highly. Their service, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly exceptional.

Rob and the crew did a fantastic job. Rob gave us the color of shingles and base layer protector on our roof.Rob and his crew I do and continue to recommend Roofing S.C. Also Google earth had driven by a day shortly a day or two after the job was finished and the company sign is proudly displayed.

Paul, it was a pleasure working with you. I just checked Google Maps, and you are correct. That is so funny. Your home in McKinney looks amazing with that color of shingle. Antique Silver looks amazing on your home.

Rob is upfront and straight forward. I asked him for a second opinion on my roof, and he agreed it did not need to be replaced. He did offer a tune up so to say where his crew repaired and replaced the few issues the roof actually had. They even removed an old satellite dish that was no longer needed. I will continue to have Roofing Service Company to take care of my new home.

Recently had new gutters installed after a roof inspection from Lane and his team at Roofing Service Company and I was very pleased with the communication, documentation and ethics around all aspects of our transaction. Lane was quick to respond and we received a very thorough gallery of photos indicating our roof DID NOT need to be replaced at this time. Separately, I had Lane and his team install new gutters and that process was efficient, professional and affordable. Would highly recommend Roofing Services Company and Lane Merz for any roofing or gutter needs you may have!

We recently had a leaking roof during a heavy rain and you could imagine the stress I had all night during the rain storm. The next morning I asked my neighbor who worked in the roofing industry about what I should do and recommended Lane Merz "Roofing Service Company" to come out and take a look. I called Lane and he said he would be out the first thing in the morning (Monday). He showed up early, diagnosed the problem and came out the following day with his equipment to repair the roof just before the next rain showed up. I don't know about roofs but when you have a leak and it doesn't get fixed in a timely manner your gonna have more problems down the line. Lane Merzs' roofing Service was top notch. Very Professional and great attitude and a fair price. I am so glad to have had Lane Merz's Roofing service fix my roof leak. I would definitely recommend Lane Merz to fix your roof. Thanks Lane, so glad to see that the leak was fixed before that next heavy storm. Great Job.

Extremely pleased with the conscientiousness, detail, ethics, and kindness of Lane Metz and Roofing Service Co. He inspected our roof, provided pictures, and recommendations. Lane was on the job with his staff every day it took to repair and replace the flat area of the roof. His team cleaned the area upon completion and Lane provided pictures of the completed work. Lane even called after first hard rain in June to check on the ceiling. Even though two minor leaks were found during the record breaking rain of Aug 21-22, Lane came immediately to inspect and repair. Highly recommend.
