  A couple of months back I needed some inspection on my roof due to a leak. I did my research and found this place. Saw really good reviews and also since it’s a local business I figured I reach out to possibly give them my business. Went directly to their website and filled out all my information that was requested. I didn’t hear from anyone the next day or the day after. I figured give it a week to see if maybe they will respond. Nothing. Not a we will get back to you as soon as possible. No phone call, no emails. Even checked spam. If this is any indication of the type of business that is being offered, I would pass. Did I call in? No. I shouldn’t need to after I filled out all my information for them to reach out to me. I’m not here to try to give you my business. If you don’t want my business then I guess someone else will.

  They looked at my problem Friday and said would be there on Monday. After a week of texting, finally came on following Friday. Didn't fix the issue. Had to come back on Monday. Wasn't happy.

  They had to come back to our house three times because after they installed new windows they kept leaking every time it started raining hard. They also scheduled several times with us to come fix the leak and would just not show up so I had to call them a lot. I also discovered when they were finally finished they never put the screens back on the windows. 20 months later all three windows leaking again. Had another window contractor come out and say it was because they retrofitted instead of actually replacing the brick around the window and the windows they installed were too small. They added a cheap caulk that only lasted 20 months instead of silicone that could last almost ten years

  The people at Pickle Roofing were great to deal with across the board. However, the quality of work and attention to detail of the sub contractors was poor.They did not properly cover our yard or mulched areas, resulting in excessive amounts of nails going into those areas. Then they were very lazy in their cleanup and use of the magnet to pickup the nails. The attached photo shows the nails I personally picked up using the drip edge sub contractor's magnet. This DOES NOT include the 50 or so nails I picked up by hand the day the roofers finished. They also used the wrong size nails on our back patio roof, causing damage to the tongue and groove underside. They had to replace all of that material as a result. Then the patio stain contractor that Pickle sent out was not able to cover some spots, allegedly because Pickle purchased cheap tongue and groove decking that had excessive amounts of artificial wood filler. See attached photos. Pickle was supposedly planning to leave most of our old drip edge on the house and did not explain that to us ahead of time. So there were a lot of extra trips and coordination needed to remove and replace the drip edge and gutters. I trust Pickle has good intentions and I have no doubt they provide much better service and oversight of their subs on most jobs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience and we most likely would not use Pickle again.

  My relationship with Pickle Roofing came from GAF shingle company, under its “white glove warranty” from a previous unacceptable shingle installation. GAF’s New Jersey’s agent, Alex Bulger, initiated a shingle inspection with a representative of Pickel resulting in a new shingle replacement. Pickle’s Travis and administrator Barbara could not have been more respectful and professional. The actual day scheduled for the installation of the new GAF shingles started early and ended late but the entire job was completed all in one day. The crew moved furniture and covered the pool and cleaned up before departing. Travis kept us informed throughput the day and inspected the attic for loose insulation and proper sealing of piping that extended through the roof and exterior flashings around the dormers. I could not be more satisfied with Pickle’s professional way to do business. I would give them six stars on a five star survey! .

  Pickle roofing was great! On time and got the job done quickly. Very professional and left everything tidy. Even helped me with an unrelated home issue in a pinch! Would recommend to anyone.

  I use Pickle Roofing Solutions as both a property manager and for my own home. McDowell and his team are professional, timely, and offer long term solutions rather than quick fixes. (Although, they are fast!) i truly feel like they care about the quality and long term goals of the communities i work with and work with them to achieve the best possible results. 10/10 recommend, whether you need them for commercial use or personal use, you can’t go wrong by hiring these guys.

  I called Pickle roofing to get an estimate to replace my patio cover that had been damaged from the hail. It was great to talk directly with the owner, McDowell Pickle instead of a receptionist that you typically get when you go through a large company. The roofing job was completed today and I have to say the crew that was sent out was top notch. Carlos and George did a wonderful job. They were very very professional. And I was so pleased with the cleanup afterwards. Nothing is worse than having to clean up after a work crew has left your home. I highly highly recommend Pickle roofing.

  Pickle Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on my house. Somebody at my job recommended them to me because they did a great job on their roof too. This was the first time I had to replace the roof on my home because of hail damage and Pickle walked me through the whole process from beginning to the end.

  I can’t say enough good things about Pickle Roofing Solutions. I was lost in the process of replacing our roof (not a native Texan) and they helped me sort everything out. They also did great work. Roof looks great and they cleaned up very well. My patio was cleaner after they left than before.

  Most of us have experienced how disruptive getting our roof replaced can be with all the activity, noise, and not to mention feeling displaced having to park our car on the street .. Pickle Roofing makes it seem so easy… Their team (salesman, installers and office personnel) are very professional and knowledgeable!! I am honestly surprised at how smooth their operation runs!!! I had a GREAT experience dealing with them :) Highly recommend…
