  The weather had really worn down our roof, so we knew it was time for a replacement. We called for a roofing inspection, and william came out and checked everything carefully. He gave us clear recommendations and several estimate options with different roofing materials, which made the decision much easier. We decided to move forward not only with a new roof, but also with new soffit and gutters to fully protect the home. william did a great job managing the whole roofing project. He kept us updated, answered our questions, and coordinated well with the office team and the crew doing the installation so everything was completed the right way. The work started on schedule, moved along efficiently, and was finished before the heavy spring rain. With the new roof system in place, we feel confident our home will stay dry and better protected from texas heat, wind, and storms. The workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was solid, and i would gladly use them again for any future roofing or exterior work.

  We live in a manufactured home in Allen and needed a new roof. We called a few roofing contractors, but the quotes were very high. Then someone recommended a roofer that works a lot on manufactured home roofing. They came out quickly, inspected the roof, and gave us a fair estimate, so we decided to hire them. They did an excellent job on the roof replacement, replaced the vents, and finished the work within just a few days. They also addressed the flat roof seam areas that had been causing leaks. In the past, those seams had been a recurring issue, which is common on older flat roof sections, especially with the heat and storms we get in TX. This time, the crew used a better repair approach on the seams along with sealing, and it has made a big difference. The whole process was smooth, professional, and timely. If you need roofing work on a manufactured home, especially flat roof or seam-related repairs, I would definitely recommend them.

  I had my roof and gutters replaced a while back, and the whole roofing process was easy from start to finish. The team handled the insurance paperwork quickly and kept everything moving so the roof and gutter work could be completed without stress. Everyone working on my home was friendly, professional, and did solid work. They carefully protected a large fountain in my front yard and paid close attention to my flowers and plants during the roofing job. When the project was finished, they cleaned up all the debris and used a large magnet across the yard and driveway to make sure no roofing nails were left behind. That extra care really stood out. Because I was so happy with the service, I called them back for more exterior home work. I have been working with William, who has been very helpful with replacement windows and now with a back French door project. He has done a great job managing the work at my home, answering questions, and making sure everything stays on track.   Shawn and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job on our roof replacement in Allen. After the roofing work was finished, every crew member walked the perimeter with magnets, picked up nails, and swept the whole property so everything looked clean and safe. I was very impressed with the care they took from start to finish. They gave us the lowest quote and still installed a higher grade shingle, which really showed the value of their roofing service. Shawn was not pushy at all, just honest, humble, and easy to work with. He explained the roofing process clearly, showed up with a full crew on the agreed morning, and kept the project moving smoothly.   I met with several roofing contractors before choosing Robinson Family Roofing & Remodeling, and those visits taught me a lot about what sets a true roofer apart. Most of them relied on the same satellite measuring software to get roof dimensions and a basic material list. One even built the whole estimate from that alone. A few only looked up from the ground at my two-story home, but only a couple actually walked the roof to spot areas where new decking would be needed. Jace was one of the few who took the time to inspect the roof closely, and he also pointed out smart ways to improve the roof and gutter system so the new installation would last longer and handle heavy rain and strong sun better. That extra attention gave me confidence right away. It was clear this was not just a sales visit. They understood the full roofing system, from shingles and underlayment to flashing, ventilation, drainage, and cleanup. Another thing that stood out was the communication. One of the owners was on site at the start of each workday, checked in as needed during the job, and made sure everything was wrapped up properly at the end of the day. That kind of hands-on involvement made the whole project feel organized and professional. The estimate was also very fair, especially considering the level of service, workmanship, and direct communication throughout the job. The tear-off process was handled much better than I expected.   I thought my roof had a leak when I noticed water spots on my ceiling, but after a careful inspection in Allen, Shawn, the project manager, was very kind, professional, and honest with me. He checked the attic and explained that the roof itself was in good shape. The real issue was condensation caused by clogged roof vents and poor airflow in the attic, not a roofing leak. He took the time to walk me through everything, showed me what he found, and even shared a picture of the vents I needed to replace. It turned out to be a simple fix with six inexpensive vents instead of a major roof repair. I really appreciated his patience and how clearly he explained the ventilation problem so I could understand what was going on.
