We had hail damage to our commercial building roof and Roofing Resources came to our aid. Jonathan, Hernan, and their team was able to work with us and our insurance company to get the roof replaced. They are very responsive throughout the entire process, from addressing area missed by our insurance adjuster to the clean up at the very end. We love that they post pictures of every process of the roof replacement. I've attached a few picture out of hundreds they posted. hey are trust worthy and we have multiple locations in line for repair with Roofing Resources.

Representative Hernan was so professional, and on top of everything. He pays attention to every detail, communicates extremely well, and cares about his clients. We will definitely offer to serve as a reference.

Had a new roof put on in February this year after a big leak through the roof the previous year. Looks great, love the new colors and layered look of the shingles. I no longer get anxious when it rains. The group was professional and did a great job.

This company Roofing Solutions came out this morning bright and early like they told me they would. The project manager Jonathan Duckworth “Duck” was great, he did an initial walkthrough with me and explained what was going to happen today. Then asked me to show him where I needed things addressed. He said no problem and said he would make it happen. His guys got right to work tearing the old roof off and cleaning everything before they layed down the new roof. He and the owner kept me informed throughout the whole process sending pictures of things they seen and wanted to show me. Roofing solutions are top notch in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a new roof that will not get taken advantage of. These guys are honest and professional and take pride in the jobs they do. They even treat your house with respect and make sure all is cleaned up especially looking for fallen nails. Thank you very much again for the great hassle free service and work. Dean Pavelek

I’ve known Jonathan, owner of Roofing Resources, for years and he’s completed over 15 roofing projects for me. His knowledge of how to deliver a cost-effective solution without cutting corners is the best I’ve worked with in this industry. What I appreciate most, though, is that he’s trustworthy. When Jonathan says something will get done, it gets done. He always keeps the client’s best interest in mind, and he’s honest in his work — he’s never once overcharged for something not needed. If you’re looking for a roofer you can actually trust, I’d recommend Jonathan and Roofing Resources without hesitation

This is my second time working with Jonathon and his team at Rockwall Roofing Resources, and I can confidently say they truly set themselves apart from other roofing companies. As a real estate agent, I have worked with many roofers over the years, and Jonathon’s team is easily one of the best. They understand how insurance works, know how to properly navigate the claims process, and advocate strongly for their clients. My claim was initially denied, but they didn’t give up - even creating systems and visuals to show the damage. They went above and beyond to prove the hail damage, provide the right documentation, and push the claim through. Their communication was excellent from beginning to end. Jonathon kept me updated throughout the entire process, was on site every day, checked on the work being done, and made sure everything was completed efficiently and correctly. The crew also made sure the yard was cleaned up and the property was left in great condition. They fought for every dollar, made the entire process feel seamless, and even provided helpful consultation on ways to potentially lower my insurance rate. Rockwall Roofing Resources is truly #1 for roofing, and I highly recommend Jonathon and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking roofing company that goes above and beyond.
