Trake Roofing and Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Trake Roofing and Construction.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!! I was contacted by James who is the owner of Trake construction, after searching thru Home Advisor for a roofing company. He started out going to do a fantastic job with the best quality & workmanship, including upgrading 25 yr shingles with 30 yr Owen's Corning shingles among other things at no extra charge. Most roofers will do that by the way. It's no bonus like he wants you to believe. Then after he quoted me a price for the "duration" line shingle he sent me a link to, it was going to be more expensive so it would be the "oak ridge" line which was not as good of quality. Then he started telling me about his personal problems with his daughter & new truck payments. Then the price started going up because of the number of "hips & ridges" on my roof. The same hips & ridges that were there when he was out here the first 2 times and quoted the price for the job. Another problem I had was the fact he could finish the job in 7-8 hours. I would rather you you take the time to slow down and do a good quality job.

Trake Roofing & Construction company can be trusted. I have known James Denton for at least 10 years. I WILL NOT let any other company touch my home. I trust him that much. He has an amazing team. They are so consciousness. When their work is done, their cleanup is impeccable. I am not sure how much money he has recovered for me from my insurance company, Let's say a lot. Silvano just finished a job, my Bedroom, Hallway and Dinning room. Did a GREAT JOB He did a 5 star job. Thanks Silvano. I will use Trake Construction company over and over. They are the best in the industry.

I had a great experience with Trake from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and there was never any pressure throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Honestly, I ended up getting far more than I expected. Not only did they take care of the roof, but they also helped me get a new fence, gutters and even a new AC unit. The entire process was smooth, stress free, and handled with professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company that truly goes above and beyond.

I’ve gotten to know James Denton while my roof was replaced. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with Trake’s work. I value the partnership, and frankly, the relationship immensely. I will continue to work with James going forward, not a question about it.

I worked with TRAKE at my home in March of 2025. James and his team worked tirelessly with a somewhat challenging adjuster but were able to take my initial claim of around 26k to slightly about 60k in home repairs. His team are professional and were able to restore my home to its original luster and beyond in some cases. Taking the roof to a 30 year to a 50! AC&Heating - Art Inc. Did an excellent job diagnosing and submitting sufficient paperwork for total AC & Heating replacement due to hailstorm damage. Solar Panel Detachment & Resetting - Tony and his team did a phenomenal job detaching and resetting 47 total panels. Tony noted and submitted sufficient paperwork to the adjuster for total replacement of all mounting hardware and rodent proofed the flooring of the roof. James is a contractor who stands by his words. Promises made ~ Promises kept. I would definitely recommend TRAKE to anyone. Matter of Fact I have! Did I also mention they have a referral program $$$!! Tell a friend/neighbor and get a Thank you check.
