  I’m 45 years old, and I’ve never had service this good from a roofing company. Roman was quick to respond, very thorough, and delivered a level of customer care that is hard to find. I had called several roofers trying to get an emergency tarp put on after a major roof leak was found, and no one else got back to me. With more rain in the Rockwall forecast, I was really worried about more water getting into the house and causing extra damage to the roof decking and ceiling. As soon as I reached out, I got an immediate response. Roman gathered the details, explained the next steps clearly, and gave me a quote and ETA very fast. When he arrived, he found additional storm-related roof damage beyond what we first discussed. He sent photos, kept me updated through each part of the job, and made sure I understood the condition of the roof and what needed attention. The crew stayed until everything was completed properly and even sent a final video from the roof showing the finished work. This was such a smooth and reassuring experience. It’s clear they care about quality roofing work, take pride in what they do, and truly want to help protect your home.   our new roof was completed in just 1 day, and the whole roofing project went smoothly from tear-off to final cleanup. the crew did a very thorough job, even running a magnet across the entire yard to pick up stray nails and roofing debris. they also cleaned tar marks off the siding where old felt paper brushed against the house on the way to the dumpster. there was practically nothing left for us to clean up afterward, not even with our leaf blower. we really could not think of anything that needed to be improved, and we would recommend them without hesitation. we also had them come back later for new gutters and downspouts, and the experience was just as good as the roof replacement. the work was finished in about half a day, and the crew was friendly, skilled, and professional the whole time. ezekiel and roman made sure everything looked sharp and functioned well, and cory helped keep the jobsite neat from start to finish. the cleanup was complete, the workmanship was top notch, and the new gutter system ties in perfectly with the roof. this was a very smooth and well-managed job in Rockwall, and we are very pleased with the results.

  I can say with confidence this roofing service is truly top tier. I want to especially recognize Cory for doing an outstanding job. He gets things handled quickly and follows through. He even replied while he was away with his wife and made it clear he would take care of any roofing concerns I had. At first, I was a little skeptical, so I paid close attention to every bundle of shingles, rolls of underlayment, and even each tube of caulk delivered to my job sites in Rockwall. To my surprise and satisfaction, everything has always been accurate and complete. I have never been shorted on materials, and that says a lot about Cory’s honesty and integrity. The pricing has consistently been very competitive, which really matters in Texas where roofing work, heat, sun exposure, and storm-related repairs can put pressure on both schedules and budgets. Cory also brings a lot of roofing knowledge to the table. He is always willing to answer questions about materials, deliveries, and what works best for the job without making anyone feel taken advantage of for not knowing every detail.   Wow, five stars still does not feel like enough. They really came through for us. I cannot say enough good things about this roofing crew. They had replaced our roof before and did excellent work, so when I noticed a stain forming on the ceiling in an upstairs bedroom of our two-story home, I knew exactly who to call. My husband was about to come home from the hospital, and I was already stressed, so I was relieved when the team responded very quickly. Ezekiel and the crew inspected the roof and found that a large fallen tree branch had punctured it. I remembered the branch coming down but had no idea it had caused roof damage. They explained everything clearly, stayed patient and kind, and got right to work. They repaired both damaged spots, patched the decking area, and reshingleed the section fast and professionally. The whole repair was finished in less than an hour, and the roof looked great when they were done. They also cleaned up every bit of material, with no shingles or debris left behind in the yard. That kind of customer care and attention to detail is hard to find. It is a huge comfort knowing you can count on a roofing company not only for a full roof replacement, but also for smaller emergency roof repairs when something unexpected happens.   The first thing i’d like to say is the receptionist, ezekiel, was very professional and informative. ezekiel made me feel like family and quickly set up my roofing appointment. roman handled the inspection, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. he called about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived right on time. i explained what i needed for my roof and gutter system, and he got right to work. After a careful inspection, he pointed out some storm-related roof damage and even took care of a repair at no extra charge. He was extremely professional and did a very thorough job checking the shingles, flashing, and overall roof condition. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free. It’s hard to find a roofing crew that communicates this well, shows up on time, and stands behind their work, especially with the strong sun, heavy rain, and storm weather we get in TX. i will definitely use them again for future roofing and gutter work, and i highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work, fair pricing, and people who truly care.

  i can’t decide what impressed me most, because honestly, everything was done so well. simmons brothers roofing & remodeling was fantastic to work with—very quick to reply at every stage, and even flexible enough to change the entire plan after coming out to give an estimate. i always knew who was coming, and ezekiel showed up right on time, taking extra care to review everything with me before starting any work on the roof. on installation day, even though it was cloudy, i was amazed by how much light just one sun tube brought in. i’m so happy we decided to go for it. the sun tube is installed in the hallway between the bedrooms and bathroom, so i’m really looking forward to seeing how helpful the nightlight feature will be. i would never have had the time, budget, or space to put in a regular skylight here, so the sun tube was the perfect solution for our needs. it really solved our lighting problems!

  I don't often take the time to write reviews, but I really want to share my great experience working with Simmons Brothers Roofing & Remodeling. I needed a full roof replacement on my new home in Rockwall—the old roof was leaking and in rough shape, and it was a pretty big job. I got estimates from several companies, and their price was right in the middle, which I appreciated. Roman promised the roof would be done in three days, but the team finished everything in just two. The crew was always polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. I even got some helpful tips about tools from one of them, and Cory patiently answered every question I had before the job started. The new roof looks fantastic, and Roman made smart suggestions along the way to make sure I got the most value.
