  Mr. Simms, you called our office on 10/31/25 and spoke to our office manager about the issues you had with our crew sitting in your yard. Where we apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged that it wasn't appropriate for our crew to be doing such things. You then stated that an apology wasn't enough for you and threatened to blast our company with these videos on social media. You emailed us at 5:31pm after company hours on 10/31/25 which was on Friday and Halloween, our business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. This review was posted the following Monday allowing us little time to reach back out to you. When we received these videos, our crew was sitting on the sidewalk or on the curb and in the second video there was one crew member once again sitting on the curb. Our crew also never approached or interacted with your partner in any way. You refused an apology, and we are simply unaware of what more could be done to make you happy. We do pride ourselves on being Women and Veteran owned and were more than willing to apologize and own up to our mistakes. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you have a nice day.

  Very poor quality! Owner doesn’t care about how the customer feels about the quality of work done because I pointed them out and he told me not to look up then I wouldn’t see them. Asked about quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. After the 3rd time I asked about that he got aggravated and said to me “I can be picky about your brick”. He told me everyone has their own definition of quality. Proof is in the pictures. The edge of the shingles cut crooked, jagged, and the metal put under the dormers looks like pieces they found in the bed of their truck. Told him corners were held on with caulk and didn’t believe me until I sent him pictures. Now the part fixed but the shingles won’t ever be. Then there’s the clear corrugated fiberglass for my pergola….that’s another story. I’m done with them….I do not recommend them!

  This company tried to convince me that my 10 year old roof shingles (25 year guarantee) needed repair and subsequently a new roof. Shady business dealings, felt incredibly sketchy, and was very pushy. I’m thankful I did NOT go through with them.
