While evaluating my tile roof leak in Bradonton, Tyler discovered a second leak. He very thoroughly inspected all around the house and also found a bent soffit. He showed, and then sent me photos of the roof, inside the attic, the ceiling leaks, and a damaged soffit. After receiving other estimates, I asked him to do the job, on a Wednesday, and expecting a delay, he happily surprised me saying they would begin work first thing Monday morning. Arriving promptly, they repaired both damaged areas on my roof, and painstakingly repaired my deformed soffit. It involved more than I realized, including: Remove existing tiles and underlayment in two areas, bird stop and drip edge removel in order to replace the rotten wood and allow for new roofing material in its place. Install new peel and stick underlayment and reinstall tiles using foam adhesive. With my paid invoice, I was sent photos of the work in progress and the repaired roof. It was a pleasure being able to speak directly to the owners of the company, Ryan and Tyler who were very nice to deal with, very knowledgeable, accommodating and thorough. I have every confidence in referring Roofing Logik to any of my neighbors.

As a small business trying to make a name for themselves, we appreciate the time you took to write this and generous words to me and the crew. You know where to find us when you need roof work done in the future. Thank you again Steven for giving us the opportunity to show you what we can do.

This company is the bomb! They respond quickly, give great estimates including different options and then complete the work in a timely fashion. Interestingly, we used Tyler’s dad’s company when we had roof work done about 10 years ago and Tyler recognized the job! He has since gone out and started his own company. They are honest , helpful and professional.

Tyler was professional from beginning to end. They showed up on time, were clean during the install, and finished on time. Pricing was reasonable and I didn’t get the “hard sell”. I would definitely recommend this local family owned business.

5 stars for Roofing Logik! I had storm-damaged shingles and a few leaks that other local companies simply could not fix. This team came out, correctly diagnosed the problem, and did a great job with the repair. Highly recommended for anyone who needs honest, capable roofers.

I spent years working as a contractor, so I know how difficult it can be to choose a roofer who truly meets expectations. These days, I may still have a young mind, but I’m no longer climbing roofs myself! …

Bob, this truly means a lot. Especially coming from someone with your background in contracting. You understand firsthand what goes into doing a job the right way, so your words carry extra weight for our entire team. We’re glad our team were able to make the process clear and stress-free, and that you felt confident in the options and final product. That’s exactly the experience we aim to deliver every time. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Matus and the crew as well. They take a ton of pride in their work, and it shows from start to finish. We have known and used Ryan and Taylor for many years while they worked for another company. Now that they own Roofing Logic we could not ask for better service and care. Insurance forced us to put on a new roof on a 26 year old home and they went full detail on explaining options available. Due to HOA regulations we could only put on a tile roof and they explained every detail as we moved along. Their crew was efficient, hardworking and immaculate about their work. Each day they even took the time to blow away leaves on our porch. We are beyond satisfied with their work and highly recommend recommend Roofing Logik.

It was such a pleasure working with you guys on the tile roof. The roof looks amazing and couldn’t be happier with the way your experience was with our team. The feedback means so much coming from someone we have done business with for so many years. Thank you for trusting us with your roof Ernie!

This is by far the best roofing company i ever worked with ! They were extremely customer oriented, they came out right away, gave me an absolutely fair quote fair quote and did the job 2 days later. They are very nice and competent people and i could not recommend them more. They are really fun to work with !

We couldn't be more pleased with how you felt about our services. Thank you Hans for allowing us to show you how we operate and do things as a local small business. You know how to reach us if you need anything.

Not every roof leak means you need a new roof. This tile roof had a leak that was traced back to an isolated problem area. Instead of recommending a full replacement, we carefully removed the surrounding tiles, replaced the damaged underlayment, properly sealed the critical flashings, and reinstalled the existing tile to match the roof. Years of specializing in tile roof repairs have taught us where these roofs commonly fail. The details beneath the tile are just as important as the tile itself, and taking the time to repair them correctly is what helps prevent future leaks. If you’ve noticed a ceiling stain or suspect a roof leak, don’t wait until it becomes a bigger issue. A properly repaired tile roof can provide many more years of reliable protection.
