The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Roofing Innovations. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Roofing Innovations did an excellent job repairing the flat roof on the porch of our Lansing home. Marcus Ashley was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain our options and warranty. They fit us into their schedule quickly, the crew was polite and cleaned up thoroughly, and the roof looks fantastic. Before and after photos are shared here - therefore photos are after they has already power washed it. We highly recommend Roofing Innovations for flat roofing in the Lansing, Michigan area.

Their competitive price and top notch customer service made them a clear choice to replace the roof on our mid-century modern home. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and quality work!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roofing Innovations. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
