  Our condominium community in North Palm Beach selected RCU for our roofing project last year. We couldn’t been more happy with the results. They are a very knowledgeable and professional company to deal with. I highly recommend using them.

At RCU we truly understand the nuances that can be associated with our work along with some inconveniences that your residences may experience during the process. It is a top priority with every project we undertake to keep those inconveniences to a minimum through the use or proper equipment and extremely hard working and skilled technicians, project management other staff members. This is 100% a TEAM effort. At RCU, we like to say that we don't install roofs... we lay carpets; because when we walk off your roof... that's what it looks like :) We know you had a choice when selecting a contractor for this project.   RCU is the choice in south Florida for your commercial roof replacement. I have thirty years of community management experience and I have conducted several roof replacement projects in that time. I have always leaned towards a well known competitor, having completed many of the major replacements with that company and for that reason I was biased and skeptical . But after meeting with Michael Sr. I realized that the professionalism and knowledge in the industry was more than I had expected and that caught management’s and the Boards attention. The building I manage is located in the Town of Palm Beach and for RCU to successfully conduct such a project, not to mention, in season, shows the level of professionalism and respect for this company. It was a major project requiring a large crane and several crews. The logistics were challenging and all I can say is that RCU handled the challenges head on, proactively and the job stayed on schedule from beginning to end. I took my time to write this review because I wanted to understand the quality of the project. It has been four months since project completion and the roof is sound. Michael Jr. has checked in monthly to see if everything is in order and he has even sent out a supervisor a couple of times to walk the project. Although I had loyalty to a competitor, I found another leader in the south Florida roofing industry that I will trust on future jobs and I believe you will too!

  We have used Roof Dr’s for several years now and are extremely pleased with the quality of work that they have preformed for us. Very professional employees as well. When it comes time to replace our roof, Roof Dr’s is who will be doing our replacement.

  RCU did a great job replacing our entire roof. Very communicative throughout the entire process. Workers were professional and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day so our yard wasn't filled with debris. Overall, very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

  Anthony & Michael Jacobazzi, It is a pleasure that I write this review. First may I thank you, your company and all your hard-working employees for a job well done, hurricanes,summer heat, and typical rains may have slowed some of our progress, but RCU, still completed the job. Thank you!! May I outline the long relationship that Golden Lakes Village "A" has had with your fine company. RCU has been "on the job" in GLV"A" before I was a member of the Board of Directors, 2011, I believe. In 2015, GLV "A" began an ambitious program to replace a large number (70 + building roofs). We hired an engineering firm to provide specifications and guidance for this plan. Competitive bids were obtained from various companies of the size and financial strength to complete this project. RCU was awarded the contract to replace roofs along with 4 community laundry roofs. The total cost of this project was over $3,500,000.00. RCU was selected based on criteria such as quality of past replacements, co-operation with the Board to minimize disruption to residents, adherence to defined specifications for the work and use of materials as specified. Price, although a consideration was not the driving factor, behind our decision to award the contract to RCU. We now have completed Phase II, III, and IV with your company.   This is a professional company from the word go. Always ahead of the curve. They replaced our community clubhouse of almost 20,000 square feet and did the job just as they promised. Every day the workers showed up, did what they had to and cleaned up like they were never there that day. Even the residents remarked about how professional the workers were and how clean the clubhouse property was left. This is definitely a company to consider when doing a roofing job!   I did an online search for a commercial roofer and came across RCU. They were extremely professional and came out same day to provide me with an estimate. They did a fantastic job replacing old roof.

  Roofing Concepts Unlimited helped us convert the RENNtech Head Quarters in Stuart, FL, to solar. We can now run A/C in our large garage and shop area using solar power, keeping our technicians cool in a efficient way. We can recommend RCU as a top-notch in solar panel install with good value and great customer service.
