Very unprofessional experience. Initially quoted me $4800 for a small roof vent replacement job, then later claimed it was sent by mistake and changed the price to $680. Scheduled the work, confirmed the appointment, then on the day of installation called saying he arrived but weather was bad and he could not work. When I suggested waiting until later in the day, he refused and said he was already gone. Then completely refused to do the job at all. Poor communication and unreliable service.

Hey Vlad, we’re sorry you had an unpleasant experience. We sent our contractors to your address today and they were unable to work in these weather conditions, this is common and usually leads to a reschedule. Our contractors had initially (24 hours prior) mentioned that the weather today might be an issue. However, after reviewing the evidence for this situation, it seems like you had displayed aggressive behaviour towards our team. We have a ZERO aggressive behaviour tolerance and we will not provide services for such individuals. This is why my contractors completely refused to do the job. Thank you for your understanding.

  Not good quality work

Adem is the owner of IKONA Plumbing Solutions. He came to do a plumbing job for us in 2021. we were very disappointed with his job because he did not complete his work and when we tried to call him back he never answered our call! and this review is off topic with conflict of interest because we never did a job for him! We have already reported this review to google and we will follow up with this matter further.

The best roofing company I’ve ever worked with. We discovered a leak in our roof and called them right away. Within just a few hours, they arrived, identified the issue, and completed the repair. They made sure the leak was fully resolved and that we wouldn’t have any more water coming in. I’m incredibly grateful for their fast, reliable service and would 100% recommend them to anyone in the future.

I have known Ryan for more than 15 years now. He has done my roof and I have recommended him to a few of my neighbours who asked me who had done my roof and he has done their roofs as well as my moms. His prices are very reasonable and he is a pleasure to deal with. Very honest as far as I am concerned. I recommend giving him a call when it is time for your roof to be redone.

We had to replace our roof in May 2018 after a major wind storm in Toronto. After dealing with a few other companies, we found that Roofers R Us is the best choice. As other reviews stated, they do provide a reasonable and honest price. We were happy to talk to the owner who is very responsive and friendly and his team is extremely professional and diligent in their work. After repair, the slopes of our roof look nice and flat as they used modern high-quality shingles. There was no mess and everything was cleared away. We certainly can recommend Roofers R Us as your roofer company!
