The only one or two-star review we hold for Guildwood Roofing Ltd.

Within 2 years of getting our roof fixed, water has leaked from our fireplace and damaged a bedroom. Recently, I had water falling from the roof onto the garage, everytime I contact Simon they are experts at pushing the problem onto someone else. My 10 year warranty is basically useless. Within 2 years I've had numerous problems, would not recommend.

★★★★★ Simon and his team at Guildwood Roofing did an excellent job replacing our shingles and installing two exhaust vents. We were recommended by our neighbors and were so glad to have them work on our roof. They were honest, punctual, and …

Simon was a pleasure to deal with. I called him 2 years ago to inspect my roof as I was concerned about a section of it. At that time, I asked him how much life was left in the shingles, and he said 1-2 years. 2 years later, I texted Simon …

A very good transaction. Prices not too high, and just as important not too low. Did everything in the contract, new steel, sub-membraine, professional, enough manpower, good clean-up, on time (of course weather is always a factor), good communication, Simon easy to get hold of. Zero frustrations. So thanks.

It was a pleasure dealing with Simon from the start. He was very patient explaining the alternatives with pros/cons. I try to be meticulous with the contractors that I pick to have the same work ethics as I do. He and the crew showed …

A few weekend ago, Simon provided us a quote for my roof replacement. After comparing it with our other quotations, we decided to go with Simon based on his competitive pricing and professional advice. Recently, the work was done. Simon and his crew were very professional, fully prepared, on time and efficient. We are glad that we made the right decision by choosing Simon to do our roof. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and families.

Contractors are hard to find during COVID. Good ones, more so. Simon and his crew from Guildwood provide a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, prompt service at a fair price. Do I recommend them? Absolutely.

Simon and his crew were amazing. Not only did they make sure that areas were protected, but they also did thorough clean up afterwards. Roof replaced in a day. Very happy with the work done.

Simon is very professional. He responds my text and call immediately. His work is neat and clean. He took picture and showed me what happened with my roof. Surely I will hire him for my replacement of my roof next year.
