  I should have written this sooner, because several months ago this roofing company rebuilt our porch roof and did an excellent job. I did not want to miss the chance to let others know how great they were. Our porch had originally been built by another contractor, and the roof kept leaking no matter how many times it was looked at. In the end, we needed a skilled roofer to remove the failed porch roof system and build a new one the right way. We gathered several roofing estimates, and the pricing and repair approach varied a lot. After reading strong reviews, I contacted Jamie and decided to move forward with this crew. I am very glad we did. Their price was fair, their communication was clear, and the workmanship on the new porch roof was solid and professional. They explained the roofing process in simple terms, used quality materials, and made sure the structure was properly sealed and protected. After the job was finished, we had a heavy Lakewood rain, and there was a small leak. I called, and their roofing crew came out right away the next morning to take care of it. Since then, the porch roof has stayed dry and has performed exactly as it should through changing Colorado weather. The roof looks great, the flashing and finish work are clean, and the whole project gave us real peace of mind. I highly recommend this roofing company for roof repair, porch roof replacement, or any roofing work. I would absolutely use them again for any future roofing needs.

  I had my roof replaced, a damaged gutter section repaired, gutter guards installed, and all 22 windows re-caulked. Overall, they were excellent to work with from start to finish. The roofing crew was friendly, respectful, efficient, and did a thorough job cleaning up the yard afterward, which really matters with a roofing project. As a bonus, they even found and returned my son-in-law’s wedding band that had been lost in the yard for weeks. Special thanks to Landon, my main point of contact during the job. He was easy to talk to, kept me updated as the work moved along, and answered my questions quickly. The new roof looks great, the gutter protection gives me peace of mind during rain and debris season, and the fresh caulking around the windows makes the whole exterior feel better sealed and maintained.   We recently finished a full roofing project that included replacing the entire roof and rebuilding the box gutters on our older home.   We needed to have a chimney removed and a patch installed in our TPO roof where the chimney used to be. It wasn’t a huge project, but not every roofer has experience with this kind of roofing material. Roofer Adam's Rapid Service sent Jamie out, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Jamie also noticed a small spot where something was pushing up into the TPO and could have caused a leak later. It turned out to be a small rock, which Jamie took care of right away, preventing any future problems. The price for the repairs was fair, and we’ll definitely call them again for any roofing needs.
