Hi John - We understand your disappointment with Roofcrafters We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail and we regret that we missed the mark. We pride ourselves on our high standards and customer satisfaction. You can expect a call from the owner of our company, Bob, to discuss what occurred and how we might make it up to you.

We have made 3 different appointments with this company, taken time off of work and they have not showed up or called. They don't answer their phone or return calls. Very unprofessional.

Great job, Very professional, I can't express enough how grateful I am to have the barn re roofed. Bob recommended the best roofing and his crew were great. I have already had neighbors asking "who did your roof?" So nice to have someone show up and do the job as promised. Second time using Roofcrafters.

This local family owned business was our third roofing business we went to after being ignored or given bad service by other corporate owed businesses. We were able to speak directly with the owner (Bob) every time and he over saw and helped with the entire operation. He worked directly with our insurance to make sure we got the best deal and everything got done in a timely manner. Everyone involved went above and beyond to repair our home and answer all of our questions and worries. I have absolutely zero complaints and would recommend RoofCrafters to anyone in need of roofing services.
