  Inman roofing gutters horrible and skylight horrible deep air! My gutters were painted infront of me! They know they sent that Man from Nebraska back. I have same gutters I bought years ago from another company 10 years ago! I wonder why my walls got damage under my skylightsfrom water leaking under my skylight Inman was to replace Block number when report it right after. Then want another 3000 when my stuff half done by your company !

  Inman Roofing Inc. reported this customer after receiving voicemails in the middle of the night. Inman Roofing Inc. had been over to the house numerous times and listened and addressed all the complaints. Needless to say we never got paid in full from this project and this was turned over to collections.

  I wish you could give negative stars. I would not recommend this roofing company. They replaced our roof and now with this last snow storm water leaked into the attic down the walls and bubbled our paint. They sent a guy out to look at it said they were defective vents (they had put them on). Then Billy calls and said that it is not their issue. This roof has never leaked before in worse rain and snowstorms. They admit the vents they placed are defective but refuse to do anything about it. Brag they are the largest roofing company in town but I guess they don't care about standing behind their work. Super shady company. After this has happened to us we are hearing nothing bad about this company and how they refuse to back their work.

  Snow infiltration through attic vents is a common issue. This is usually due to the house not having proper intake and exhaust venting with the house was built. Snow infiltration is not considered a roofing issue. Our contract states we are not responsible for snow infiltration through venting.

  Poor work, my shingles started flying off after 7 yrs, and there supposed to last up to 30yrs at least that’s what they say, when I called them they said my warranty ran out after 5yrs, and gave me an estimate to redo the roof, HECK NO!! Not by you guys.... they don’t even deserve 1 star

  Roof leaked right after being installed they came and looked at it, and instead of addressing the issue he said I needed to pay for more work don't recommend doing business with this company.

  Gutters started leaking 3 months after installed. Called repeatedly, made several appointments, but they never showed and did NOT warranty their work. Do yourself a favor and keep looking ..... I have heard good things about capitol roofing!

  Inmans Roofing did a horrible job on my mom's roof. All of the shingles came off and the roof leaked worse than before they "fixed" it. I would never ever recommend them. Not even one star

  We had a GREAT experience with Inman Roofing. This was our first time having to replace a roof and they were so informative, walked us through the process, and were always able to answer any questions we had. They were always so nice, kind, and professional. Would 10/10 recommend!

  The initial roof repair was horrible in terms of cleanup. The roofing company found that additional work was needed to meet city code, so I'm sure that additional time needed was part of the problem The inspector also noted cleanup was terrible and spent some time cleaning up as well. We are still finding roofing nails in the yard. Overall, we were satisfied with the final cleanup. The gutter crew was very professional and did an exceptional job on the gutters. We were very pleased with them. The office kept losing the color selection for the shingles and we are still in the process of approval from insurance based on billing for the roof after 3 weeks of completion and we have not been billed for the gutter work.

  Positive experience. Roofing crew seemed experienced and diligent. They did a great job cleaning up inevitable debris periodically and at the end of the job. Workmanship in placing roofing shingles appears excellent.

  The choice to go with a local Cheyenne company was very important. From the initial roof inspection to the actual roof installation, it took about 7 months. Through no fault of Inman, the delay in getting our roof replaced had to do with the WY weather and the volume of work they had ahead of us due to the severe hail storms in 2025. Communication about this project was very important to us. From Mike Phillips, to Stephanie and Lisa in the office, we were kept informed of what was happening and when. Inman was equally responsive to the claims adjuster who handled our case and the solar panel company that they had to coordinate with to get the roof installed. We are pleased with our choice of roof shingle to the class 4 too. We expect this roof to last for a long while!
