Their account manager Kevin came out for an inspection, and then said they would be in contact to get the soffit vents cleared. 1 week later and nothing is scheduled, no answers to emails, no answers on the office phone. If they don't want the work that is fine, but at least communicate that.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Did not complete work in timely manner. They were salespeople and once they got my money- they quit responding. Overcharged me. Insurance refused to pay many charges outlined by the company as they weren’t in the original quote. The company’s poor work and responsiveness caused the insurance agent and the adjuster high levels of anger. Communication ended up triangulated between all the parties. It was an awful experience. Myself, my Farmer’s Insurance Agent, and the adjuster agreed that the company are scammers and not one of us will work with them again if given the option. Will not recommend.

Horrible experience from the start and it continues over a year later. They give us the run around when we ask for deadlines. Things left undone and explain to us how simple of a fix it would be for us to do it ourselves when they are being paid to do it. Can't wait to be done so we can never use them again.

Roofing is kind of a crap deal for a homeowner. It’s expensive, disruptive, noisy, and just generally a pain in the backside. That said, Pride Roofing did their best to make the whole experience as painless as it could be. Steele, my rep, was great to work with from start to finish. He communicated well, kept things moving, and made sure I knew what was going on throughout the process. Once the crew got started, they absolutely knocked it out. The work was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly, and I was impressed with how well they cleaned everything up afterward. I also want to specifically mention Bronson and Dave, the gutter guys. They did an excellent job and were another example of the quality of people Pride Roofing has working for them. Nobody looks forward to having their roof replaced, but if you have to do it, you want a company that shows up, communicates, gets the job done right, and doesn’t make the process any harder than it already is. Pride Roofing delivered on all of that. Five stars, and I’d recommend them. No photos, because I don’t like climbing on my roof. Or ladders.

First time having my roof repaired. Pride roofing did an amazing job! Steele had excellent communication throughout the entire process. Anytime I had any concerns or questions he was there with reassurance and answers. He was very thorough with what was wrong with my roof and with what needed to be fixed. They were professional and polite. Crew completed roof in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Pride Roofing did an outstanding job on our metal roofing project from start to finish. Billy did an excellent job coordinating the entire process, making sure materials, scheduling, and communication were all handled professionally. Matt and the installation crew were exceptional. They completed the installation in a surprisingly short amount of time, even while working through high winds at our remote property. I wasn't able to be on-site during the project, but I never had to worry because the team knew exactly what they were doing and kept everything moving smoothly. When the work was complete, the job site was spotless, and the finished roof looks fantastic. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Pride Roofing.

Pride did a great job replacing a corner gutter and downspout that was damaged by a fallen tree. So thankful they take on even small jobs! Bronson was delightful to work with and even customized the bottom of the downspout along the house at the bottom!!
