  Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize that your project did not meet the standard of service we strive to provide. Reading your review, it’s clear that we fell short in several areas, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. We do, in fact, install fiber cement siding; however, based on our experience in Southeast Wyoming and the Front Range, we generally do not recommend it due to the unique weather conditions our region experiences. If there was any confusion or miscommunication regarding the products we offer or recommend, that is on us, and we regret that it contributed to your frustration. The hailstorm that impacted Cheyenne last August was one of the largest and most destructive storms the area has seen in recent memory. In the months that followed, our team experienced an unprecedented volume of projects, inspections, insurance claims, and customer requests. While that surge unfortunately led to delays in some areas, including invoicing and communication, we recognize that those challenges should not have affected your experience to the extent that they did. We understand that hearing explanations does not erase the frustration of waiting months for updates, dealing with interior damage repairs, or receiving a product that required a painted solution rather than the ideal color match. While we are grateful that we were ultimately able to cover the cost of the repairs and bring the project to completion, we acknowledge that the timeline and process were far from what you deserved. The reality is that we are human. We work hard to deliver exceptional results, but we are not perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes. When we do, our responsibility is to own them, learn from them, and improve. In your case, there were missteps along the way, and we accept responsibility for them.   Chase was great to work with! He helped me with understanding the entire process and was patient with my lack of understanding and needing clarification with some of the insurance pieces. When it was time for the roof work to happen, the crew was fast, kind and tidy. The roof looks great! I would work with Regional Roofing and Chase again.

  The auditor contacted me yesterday. I thought she was very nice and professional. She asked me about the contractor and the work done to completion. I stated that the contactor explained what was being done and answered all my questions. Everything was done to satisfaction and in my opinion, professionally done because Mr. Cody Glasson was on the job site every day and conducted inspections as the work was in progress. Regional Roofing was a great choice after interviewing four contractors that I narrowed down the choices to. I would recommend Regional Roofers to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair.

  Regional Roofing & Restoration replaced all my siding. Chase was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and did an outstanding job coordinating everything from beginning to end. The crew was very respectful, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! I definitely recommend Regional Roofing!
