  I had my entire roof redone with roof works 2 years ago, all wood, shingles,soffit and facia was wrapped. They did awful work, awful clean up and everyone who comes to my house thinks a clown did it. I chose a small pitance of a discount over a redo because i did not want them back here.i have had to nail wrap back up myself after it started falling off. They suck!!! Edit to response-The job is on ladysmith road and i have a reciept and cancelled check if you woukd like to see it.- K.C

  They installed the roof on our house but needed to come back to fix an issue. December marked a year since we’ve been in the house and roof works STILL has NOT come back. My husband is going to get up on the roof and try to fix the problem himself. Don’t waste your time with roof works—they are highly unprofessional and obviously not dependable at all.

  Had a roof installed by this company about seven years ago and I am trying to sell the home now and the inspector found moisture in the attic. Called them to see if they can come out to look at it, was told I would hear back within two days...nothing. A week went by I called back and the gentlemen stated he will look into it and I should receive a call back, nothing this was four days ago. I find it very unprofessional and insensitive to not return someones call in a timely manner, especially when you give them a timeframe.

  This was the second time I have used Roof Works of Virginia for a home improvement project. They replaced my cedar siding with vinyl in 2008. It still looks beautiful! I recently had Roof Works come out to look at my aging roof. Vincent, thier estimator, was wonderful to work with. Signed the contract for a full roof replacement on my house and shed, as well as new gutters. I was contacted the next day by the owner to schedule the work. They came out last Thursday morning. By the time I got home from work both the house and shed were completed. The protection of my landscaping and the clean up were great. I would highly recommend anyone looking for exterior home improvements contact Roof Works for a quote. Once again, they exceeded my expectations.

  Vincent from Roof Works was able to come as soon as the snow had melted to climb onto my roof to determine the source of the leak. Of course, he found it. Then TJ from Roof Works looked over the situation and made alternative recommendations and found other areas in my gutter guard that was causing some of the problems. He was able to fix all the problems and VOILA! no more leaks. Roof Works is a go to place for your roof. I'm so happy with their company, their employees and the stellar work they perform.

  Siding job is beautiful! The crew paid attention to every little detail and kept the site clean even while doing the work. They went above and beyond to take care of a few items that weren't as expected based on the preliminary walk through of the job. I highly recommend Roof Works if you want a top quality job!

  Roof Works completed a repair for small leak above my garage. They came out and immediately identified the issue during inspection. Repair work was scheduled and completed very quickly and was only charged minimum for the house call. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone in the Fredericksburg area in need of roof work or repairs. Great people.
