Wouldn't response to my warranty call

Called three times, promised a return call every time and never got one. Very frustrating.

I apologize that you have not been contacted about your repair. Unfortunately our repair crew is booked for the next 3 months which is the reason you were not contacted back. Have you tried to contact another local roofing contractor? Do you feel like our lack of contact with you due to the end of season surge in business warrants a negative review of our company even though you have not even done business with us?

Very pleased with Ryan, the roofing crew and our new roof. They did an excellent job, working in extreme heat. Great price and cleanup. Very much appreciated their communication with us. I highly recommend their services.

I am truly happy with their service. Not only is my roof great but the owner even came out to my house and helped me fix something that was not something they broke. He's a true gentleman that kind of service is hard to come by. I highly recommend them

I noticed my new shingles were coming apart. I couldn’t understand because it had only been a few years since I got them. Logan recognized the problem right away. He told me about a manufacturer problem and helped me understand how to file …

I had been looking to replace my roof for a long time and was getting hounded by those insurance chasing roof companies. After those fell through, I had enough and found Roof Utah. Roof Utah is a great local company with local reps that were communicative and helpful. The price was very reasonable and less than one of the other companies I received a quote from. The team took two days. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up and ensuring -- as best they could -- that there we no nails on the ground when they left. 10/10. Would absolutely recommend.

We had Logan with Roof Utah put a new roof on our home and garage this summer. He gave us a great price, the work was all done in one day. We could not be happier with the job. We did not lose one shingle during all the windstorms we've …

Roof Utah was amazing! A car hit our house and we had to remove brick. When the siding guys removed the eaves, they found problems from the old roof! The roof needed to be replaced before the siding guys could finish. Logan and his team were amazing. They quickly assessed the problems and were quick to remove the old roof and put on a new, beautiful roof so the siding guys could also finish. They were professional and the result is amazing. They were fast, efficient, and we couldn’t be happier with the new roof. Thanks Roof Utah!

Best price for quality job. We had to spend the money. Roof Utah gave us more for a lesser price. Very impressed with the customer service. We called and got a quote 1 week before Christmas and was able to get it done the last week if Decemer.

I can’t say enough about the integrity of this company. I had Logan come out to give me a bid on replacing our large commercial roof. He proceeded to tell me that the roof has 5 to 8 years left, and not to replace it yet. What business does …

Working with Roof Utah and Logan has been a great experience, we settled on our roof options on Nov 15th and had our roof finished on Dec 1st. The crew was professional, timely and a pleasure to work with.
