  I WOULD NEVER use Roof-Rite, again!! We had Roof-Rite replace our roof about 6-7 years ago. Before the replacement, we never had any interior leaking until after they replaced the roof. We’ve complained about it to Roof-Rite when we noticed water coming in (2021), and they did send out people to “check”, but they never found anything. I emailed Roof-Rite about this issue the next winter, when it leaked again and explained this, but they basically told me to “go pound sand”, because it was “an act of God” and isn’t covered by them. It wasn’t until we had an exterminator out to capture a red squirrel in our attic about 3 years ago, that the exterminator found a huge hole in the overhang/soffit, where the squirrel was getting in. The exterminator did the best he could to fix it, and it was fine for a few years. Although, it’s leaking again. Pics- 2/21 & 1/26. K Feliks Shankin Dr EDIT TO RESPOND TO THIER RESPONSE: In 2022, I emailed Mike, or maybe it was Mark, after it leaked again, after your Roof-Rite guys “found nothing wrong”. He emailed me back basically saying, “too bad” and that any inside damage, which was documented in 2021, wouldn’t be covered, as it was “an act of God”. Keep in mind, we’ve had extremely mild winters here in 2019 & 2020, along with 2022, 2023 & 2024, until this year, 2025/2026. So, why was it that the exterminator, back in 2022, found a hole in the soffit that allowed squirrels to enter the attic space, also allowing water intrusion? Roof-Rite did nothing, but deflect. After a quick review, they never found anything that “stuck out, like a sore thumb”, and never “found” a leak that was obvious. They would’ve found it, had they done their due diligence. I lived here about 10 years before we had our roof done by Roof-Rite, and have never had any issues with a leaking roof, not until it was replaced by Roof-Rite! The common denominator here is Roof-Rite and the lack of quality work/diagnosis, after they already did the work and were paid. Sorry

  Not very happy with the work they did. They replaced the roof in our Farmington condos (a $48,000 job) and did not even bother to tell us we had some rotted wood up in the rood. They also damaged a portion of our asphalt when moving shingles. Edit after the owner's reply. The asphalt was not in this condition prior to your job. The damage was caused by Roof Rite. I spoke with 1 other unit owner and they confirmed the same thing.

  I hired and paid Roof-Rite $15,000 to replace my roof and add new gutters. A portion of the roof is flat and needed a special rubber coating to seal. Well they sealed it but now there is 2 low spots and one is very low, spongy and collects a lot of water. The gutters leak on 2 of the ends and overflow in several places. I have called the owner personally 5-6 times who says they will call me back. Well from the very beginning I have been given a terrible attitude by Roof-Rite employees and it has made a bad situation worse having to deal with them. After my initial complaint they stopped returning my calls. Roof-Rite employees stole a brand new dog tie-down and leash I had in my backyard. They also damaged my foundation skirting and refused to repair it. Roof-Rite employees assumed I did not want my old gutters and took them for scrap without asking me. Roof-Rite subcontracted the gutters to another company. I told the gutter company to make sure they buried the downspouts so they don't empty onto the concrete, causing ice in the winter. They replied, we don't know how to do that. How does a gutter company not know how to bury downspouts?! To this day I have to make dozens of trips each winter to that rental property to pour salt on all the ice that collects under each downspout. Thanks Roof-Rite.

  We take complaints quite seriously at Roof-Rite. We requested to send out a new crew to review our work with the gutter system and flat roof roof installation based on his concerns and were denied permission to return. In phone conversations we explained that frozen gutters are typical in the winter and that flat roofs behave differently than sloped roofs. We confirmed that we installed his roof to manufacturer’s specification based on our crew’s written onsite reports and provided documentation that it is normal for flat roofs to hold water until evaporation occurs. All we can ascertain is that this customer has no roof leaks. We do not understand why he is complaining yet not allowing us to investigate. Jim Brown Owner, Roof-Rite

  We had our roof done by Roof Rite in 2014 and we have had nothing but problems with our roof ever since. The crew that came to do our roof did a terrible job. We have had to make multiple repairs to fix leaks that appeared over time. We have been dealing with the consequences of choosing Roof Rite to do our roof for the last 10 years. If you decide to have your roof done by Roof Rite please consider this review and walk away.

  I am sorry that you had this experience with our company. Our repair division has been overwhelmed with calls due to the amount of precipitation and storms we have had this season. We are currently seeking skilled repairmen to fill these positions, but have not been able to fill them due to the current labor shortage. Many companies have stopped doing repairs all together. Even with these trying times we are still doing our best to help those in need.

  George, we caulked your skylights on the back of your roof in May of 2019. This was just a temporary fix. If your skylights were failing you should have had us replace them. For whatever reason you did not have us replace them and chose a less expensive temporary fix. We cannot warranty a temporary fix. In regard to your several attempts to reach out to us unsuccessfully, I can only say that as the owner I was never given a message that you had asked to speak to myself or any other management staff. Personally, if I had tried that many times, I definitely would have asked to speak to a manager or the owner of the company. In any event, I would have told you that repairs are not warrantied. All of our roof replacements are fully warrantied for workmanship and manufacturer defects. We are licensed and insured and our company has a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. We are certified by the largest manufacturers of shingles, GAF and CertainTeed. Respectfully, Jim Brown Owner

  Getting leaks fixed was a pain after they put a new roof on house. Then there was no follow up or offer to paint foyer ceiling where leak happened. Terrible customer service.

  MikeSheri, we are sorry to read your review. When you notified us of the leak, we came out right away to fix it. However, we were never told there was ceiling damage. Had you notified us of your ceiling damage we would have definitely had our crew out right away to get it fixed and painted. A simple call to our office would have fixed this entire situation.   They were excellent! They got there early, worked hard and stayed late to get the job done. They were friendly and very aware of everything around the house. They moved everything that might be damaged around my house. And then put it all back when they were finished.

  Roof Rite installed new siding on our house and did an awesome job! Their crew members explained everything step by step and updated us on everything! Jeff was great to work with also! Would definitely recommend!

  They came over the same day and gave a quote. Then a roof repair man came over that night and put up 4 new shingles that I had. The photos looked great.

  Highly recommend Jeff and his crew. Jeff worked around our schedule and met all of our specific requirements, putting each and every one of them in writing.   When I got my new home inspected, the inspector informed me I needed a new roof. After getting several quotes, I chose Roof-Rite because my neighbor had recently had them replace their roof, and they were very pleased with the work as well as the Project Manager, Tom Trombley, plus Roof-Rite’s quote was the most cost effective. When I met with Tom, he answered all of my questions and addressed every concern. I had recently noticed mouse activity inside the house. Prior to the roof installation, I contacted Tom to find out what they could do to ensure potential entry points were sealed during the installation. He came out to the house to inspect those areas, brought a caulk color wheel to choose a caulk color they would use to seal holes and discussed other ways they would do what they could, such as a ridge vent cover that addressed rodent entry. I was very impressed with Tom’s thorough and responsive customer service. The installation went very smoothly. The crew did a great job cleaning up. A few days later their gutter installer came by to install my new leaf guard gutters. It was great to have that handled as well. And I just got my GAF warranty in the mail. I’m very happy with my new roof! I highly recommend Roof-Rite and Project Manager Tom Trombley.
