They fixed my roof in Farmington Hills after a loose strip started lifting in the wind. The roofer gave me the price first and finished the roof repair in one visit. Straightforward roofing work. I would call them again.

Rain started coming in near the laundry room ceiling during a late storm, and I was pretty stressed by the time I called. Detroit Roofers of Farmington Hills sent a roofing contractor for emergency roof repair first, then came back for the roof leak repair after things dried out. The updates were calm and realistic, which helped more than they probably knew. They found a worn section along a roof valley that had opened under heavy rain. The crew checked the nearby shingles and repaired the trouble area without making it sound like the entire roof had failed. I appreciated that honesty. The inside cleanup was still on us, but at least the source was fixed. I slept better the next time rain was in the forecast.

Our Franklin home needed chimney flashing repair after a narrow stain appeared near a built in shelf. The roofing contractor traced the water path carefully and was respectful around the older trim and planting beds. He showed us where the metal had pulled loose and explained the repair before starting. The finished work looked clean from the ground. It felt like the kind of roofer who understands older properties.

I asked for roof maintenance in Farmington Hills because the valleys had collected leaves and grit after a few storms. The roofer found one loose flashing detail and sealed it before it became a leak. He showed photos from the roof, which helped me understand the recommendation. I appreciated the calm explanation. No scare tactics, just a sensible roofing visit.

Our retail unit had a flat roof leak over a storage shelf, which made the owner nervous about inventory damage. Detroit Roofers of Farmington Hills coordinated with our manager so the back door stayed usable for deliveries. The roofing company completed the roof leak repair in sections and kept the work area marked off. They also explained what should be watched during the next heavy rain. It was organized without turning into a long interruption.

We called about a skylight that had started staining the trim during steady rain. The roofing contractor checked the seal, the surrounding shingles, and the inside edge before recommending skylight repair. This was in Farmington Hills, and I liked that he kept the scope focused. They protected the floor below and cleaned up inside afterward. The whole visit felt careful.

We used Detroit Roofers of Farmington Hills for roof coating and waterproofing on a flat section over our garage entry. The roofing contractor was clear about what the coating would help and what it would not fix long term. I liked that because I did not want a cheap patch dressed up as a big solution. They cleaned the surface, sealed the worn spots, and gave us a realistic timeline for checking it again. The job looked neat when they finished

My roof replacement by Detroit Roofers of Farmington Hills and made sure every detail was handled. The crew swapped out old metal around the chimney and vents and finished when they said they would. When a small piece of metal came loose during a storm, he returned the next day to fix it.
