  Called for a quote and was told I was out of their service area. We’re a distance of 15 miles from the Farmington Hills location. Can’t comment on their work product, just my experience of trying to get a quote.

We're still relatively new to Michigan – just three years compared to our 25 years serving Ohio. Our Farmington Hills location primarily serves the immediate northwest suburbs, and we haven't yet expanded our service radius to cover all areas within a 15-mile range. Our call center should have explained this better and offered to connect you with a quality contractor in your area instead of simply saying "out of service area." We appreciate your understanding as we thoughtfully grow our Michigan presence, and we're sorry we couldn't be more helpful in connecting you with the right solution for your project.

  Will not work with customer without spouse present. Very unfortunate they choose to conduct business this way considering the busy lives people lead.

  I worked with Taylor Orr for roof repair that I needed. He is excellent to work with and enjoyable to talk to. He was very respectful and as he review the issues with me he was clear and concise. I enjoyed working with him very much!
