  BEWARE .....WILL PROMISE ADDITIONAL SERVICES THEN BUMP PRICE AND NOT PROVIDE SERVICE. TERRIBLE CLEAN UP STILL FINDING NAILSA.D OLD SHINGLES. DO NOT USE!

It has been over 200 days since we were able to reach you regarding the balance you owe. And you were happy with the work when it was finished. We regret that our relationship ended the way it did but we do require payment for our services.

  BEWARE! We hired 800 New Look in 2009 to install a new roof. Long story short they failed to do the installation correctly which is now reflecting on the inside of my home. I reached out with a big issue, they said they would come check it out, they never showed up so a good friend that is a roofer came over and said there were many things wrong with the roof due to incorrect installation. He fixed the urgent problem as no one came from 800 New Look. When someone finally came from New Look, they agreed that there was a lot wrong with how the roof was installed. Missing flashing around the chimney, around the vents and the bay window roof was completely rooted due to missing drip edge and flashing. If you had a roof installed from them or any other company, have it inspected, or you will be replacing your roof 12 years sooner than expected and you may have damage happening that you are no aware of. Note, flashing is very important, keeps water out. Believe me, I will be a courtroom once I have all of the damages fixed and new roof installed properly.

  Horrible company, was not upfront about price. Will never deal with them again. Save yourself money and go with another company.

  I called 1-800 new look when I found soggy boards on my roof and after a branch damaged my sister's. 1-800 new look was very quick to act on my roof because the felt they could reap an insurance claim. Matt and Brock were top notch when dealing with the insurance and myself (5 star service from these fellas). The problems arose when 1-800 new look could not provide a competitive quote for my sister's. The owner of the company repeated they weren't able to compete, but I should go with their quotes both with my insurance (over 50% higher than competitor) and my sister's out of pocket work (over 30% higher than competitor). Long story short. After an irrational high and mighty speech, "You should go with our product despite not being competitive because it's the right thing to do, regardless if our contract is illegal and unenforceable, do the right thing...". I offered to pay whatever Kurt found reasonable his time to be (the owner of the company). He found the retroactive opportunity cost of exorbitantly quoting two roofs and a complementary tarp patching of a 6-8" hole to be $500. In my view this is a text book Indian giving and speaks volumes of how a company conducts their business. The other 3 contractors I had quote our roofs happily quoted without charge (all at lower prices for both roofs and comparable offerings) and were very understanding when I told them my reasoning for not choosing them. All things being equal, I kept 1-800 new look at the forefront of my considerations even delaying my decision by over 3 weeks for them to return a quote for my sister's non-insurance job. I am now glad to be going with another vendor. If anything unexpected came up I'm sure I would be paying through the nose.

  Brian Mussen has provided service to my former home in Grand Blanc Mi. He is punctual, professional and honest. The crew that replaced the roof were the same, and even the neighbors remarked how efficient they were. This 800-New Look is the best bet. Thank you

  From Keegan to Brian, Matt, Sabrina and Bill my experience with 800 New Look was top quality. I was able to get the shingles i wanted a d the quality of workmanship I expect. Cleanup was great. I highly recommend this company for your roofing projects.

  My old neighbors recommend them, salesman Matt & owner Bill took care of all the details, along with going the extra distance at certain points, their roofing & siding teams are the best! They made my house shine & I am so happy with the work they did. Highly recommend!

  Utilized 800 New Look to fix hail damage to our home. Great work done by Bill and the crew on our roof and siding, great communication throughout. Brian and the office team were very helpful through the entire process including working with the insurance company. Would definitely recommend, and would use them again.
