Mario and the team at Roof Rescue were great to work with. I read their ad and discovered it was a bunch of Firefighters making up the group. I expected honesty and integrity to get a fair inspection for repairs if needed and not an up sale for an entire roof replacement. Mario delivered on all accounts. Thanks again for helping complete the required repairs and for excellent service and fair pricing.

It was a pleasure having Mario out to take care of those repairs for you, Keifer. As a firefighter-owned business, we pride ourselves on giving our neighbors honest assessments rather than unnecessary sales pitches, and I’m glad we could get your home squared away fairly. 🤝 — Chase Lord, Owner of Roof Rescue

Not only was all of the work done professionally and competently, they are very easy to deal with on the back end with the invoice. …

Chase and his crew did an excellent job in replacing the damaged roof on our camp. Nothing but a new roof and vents when they left. Everything was picked up and hauled off.

I've used Roof Rescue on two occasions. Once for a home I was selling and then for a home I inherited. They were professional and reliable. Not all jobs go smoothly, but these guys were able to repair the TEMU roof I inherited and did a fantastic job with the repairs.

Thank you for trusting Roof Rescue on not just one, but two different homes. We truly appreciate your support and your honest feedback. Not every roofing project comes with ideal circumstances, and that inherited “TEMU roof” definitely gave us a challenge! We’re glad our team was able to provide a reliable repair solution and help protect your home. Thank you again for recognizing our professionalism and commitment to getting the job done right. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help. – The Roof Rescue Team

Roof Rescue was very easy to work with and even went beyond helping me get tarps up before we had our weeks of rain. They stayed in touch and kept me posted all along the way. They left my yard clean. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Kathy, for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We're grateful for the opportunity to help with your roof installation. Getting those tarps in place before weeks of rain moved in was a top priority, and we're glad our team could help protect your home while keeping you informed every step of the way. Hearing that we stayed in touch throughout the process and left your yard clean means a lot to us. As a firefighter owned and operated company, we believe communication, reliability, and taking care of our neighbors are just as important as the roof itself. Thank you for trusting Roof Rescue with your home and for recommending us. If you ever need anything down the road or have questions after the next Louisiana storm rolls through, don't hesitate to reach out. Chase and the Roof Rescue Team

Earlier this year, we had a tree fall and hit our porch. Chase immediately came out and fixed the damage with extremely fair pricing. Yesterday, our AC company found a small issue with our roof. I called Chase and he was at our house within 15 minutes to fix it. Couldn’t recommend Roof Rescue enough. Thank you, Chase!!!
