I have never left a review in my life but after having a job done months ago, I figured it was time. After back and forth with this company on having them do the job or not bc of a little financial misunderstanding (another topic) I finally gave in just to get it done. They came out 9/1/25. Finished the same day. They texted me, asked if I wanted the direct tv antenna back up. I said I no longer have direct. “Ok we won’t put it back up.” I come home from work later that day. The antenna is hanging off the back of my house swinging by the cable wire close to my window, just left like that. I had to take it down. All the back patio furniture was left in the middle of the yard and not put back. For about 2 wks, I was finding roofing nails all in my yard and garden. I have 4 kids and neighbors kids always running around in my yard. Twice while I was cutting grass on different days, I had a nail go in my shoe. I finally went to Home Depot to get a magnet to go all around my house, 36 nails total is what I found! They told me they were going to fix a strip of siding and a window that was also on the homeowner’s quote. Someone came out and took a measurement of the siding that same day, never came back. They texted me and said “we have the window in, just waiting on the 2nd check from USAA and then we will come fix it. That was 9/10/25. Never heard from them again. I never seen a single sheet of paper with anything to sign, nothing with warranty info, nothing to give my insurance company to prove I had my roof replaced. Just not a good experience and over all, not very professional in my opinion

This is the second time I’ve used Mr. Johan and his company for my rental business. I’m extremely satisfied with the services provided by the staff of Golden Roofing & Construction, LLC. They are professional, efficient and highly skilled. They provided a free inspection and estimate for two of my rentals and once approved they immediately were on the projects. They finished the projects ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Mr. Johan and this company for any of your remodeling and roofing needs.
