  Would not recommend this company they gave me a price and a starting date and they started my job late. Charge me a bunch of Extra cost that were never discussed, and I had to come back to repair my roof twice very unprofessional

  This company also does emergency storm work. They came to Georgia after hurricane Helene. They asked us to make several small welding repairs for them. Happy with our work They kept using us while cleaning up the CSRA. The last job we did for them was a complete rebuild on a grapple truck trailer. We notified them to let them know the trailer was done and they showed up after hours without letting us know. They took the trailer and left without paying for the work completed on the trailer. Brian Heyse is the gentleman we delt with and any person that lacks in character like he does is not who you want working at your house or even in your area. I email and text my unpaid invoice to yall weekly, just pay your bill for the work we completed and ill gladly take this review down.

  Not sure if it was the owner or a worker in Lafayette this past Saturday for a HS graduation but the person that was driving a company truck with the Superior name plastered everywhere was the most rude person I have ever encountered! We were all trying to get out of the parking lot of course at the same time. This person was I guess trying to make sure that he was after me so he got so close to my car which was much smaller than his truck I know he could not see that he was about to hit the side of my car!! I thought he was going to run over it! Scared my passengers! He did the same thing to people a few cars behind me and the passengers got out and started yelling at him. If this is the kind of people that represent “Superior” roofing I would look elsewhere! I have cautioned my family in the Baton Rouge area also to look elsewhere!!

Trey and Brian even came out in the rain to help fix our leaking roof, which speaks volumes about their dedication and commitment to their customers. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also took the time to inspect the issue the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work were truly outstanding. I would recommend them 1,000%!   Austin took excellent care of us! Fought our insurance for over a year to try to get them to cover it but even after everything they wouldnt. He really took care of us after that and got our new roof put on! Everything was cleaned up real nice and the roof looks amazing! No more worries when it rains!

  Superior literally came in the morning and left in the evening having done the whole roof. Very efficient, very cleanly. Dustin, our rep was very thorough and was very involved from start to finish. We had a great experience with Superior.
